  1. Very cool!. Speedy, is this what they have at Select Fire range in Berea?
  2. Bought a Remora holster size #5 IWB for the Shield. A magazine carrier pouch was included. I wore it all day in about the 4 o"clock position. Holster did not move or slip.
  3. Not the result I was hoping for, but still a good game.
  4. Auburn!! Auburn seemed like they had the jitters on the first series, but have recovered nicely. My prediction, Auburn 35, Florida, 24
  5. I did not have that great of an experience with the Shield. I was shooting a few inches low. Speedy and I fired about 150 rounds.total. It was a mix of Winchester white box, Blazer brass and some defensive ammo Speedy had. I think part of my issue is my placement of my finger on the trigger and the inside of the trigger guard. I might be dragging my trigger finger on the inside of the trigger guard. Before I went to the range, I had the pistol loaded with snap caps and was practicing holding the pistol and squezing the trigger. I will have to work with it more to see if I can adjust my grip and trigger feel.
  6. I have a "pre-own , subaru certified" Legacy. If you contact Subaru north america, they will tell you if the car is listed as Subaru Certified. I re-read and see that you think they have said it certified but not have actually performed anything related to the certification process.
  7. Speedy, I will call you in the afternoon. We can meet at the range Sunday Not sure when the snow is supposed to start failing and all that, but I would like to run some rounds through it.
  8. I ended up with the last one they had. They indicated they can get them in a few days. I can PM you the contact info if you would like. The factory fired round that was included in the box had a "fired" date of 12/17/13, so this one was pretty much just made.
  9. Picked up a M & P shield in 9 MM. I went to 2 places, Fin, Feather and Fur and Great lakes outdoor. Fin did not have a Walther PPS or Shield. Great lakes did not have the Walther, but had the 9MM Shield. I plan to take it to the range and try it out Sunday. Already field stripped and cleaned / lubed.
  10. Sure, not a problem on trading for a few rounds.
  11. I would like that "clay day" event too. I have a Stoeger Condor that I have not fired much.
  12. Vacation time! Currently in warm and sunny Sedona, Az Plan to hit up route 89A north. Also a road trip to Prescott to check out J and G sales, then Jerome,az
  13. I missed a few of the "rank these cars".. from the trunk space, ground clearance and the torque question. The one question about starting a cold car, I usually let the car run for about a minute before driving away. Usually enough time to put on the seatbelt, and find a radio station.
  14. Bummed that you did not get anything Speedy. How did the camper work out for ya?
  15. I would leave them as they are, and enjoy the family history. Way cool, and keep them in the family. IF you want to try to find the parts, try Leesgunparts, in Texas.
  16. Looking at stripped lowers. Plan to pick one up before the end of the year, not sure yet on brand. Early searching on AR15.com, I think i will go with a DI style AR
  17. Just starting to research AR's. I have lots to learn. Build or buy? Just looking for a range plinker.
  18. Looks good. Today should be a good test of the heat / weather proofing of the camper.
  19. I have a friend that works at a small motorcycle repair shop in Oakwood and they get some parts as needed from Ohio Motorcycle. I can ask him if he knows what is happening there.
  20. Look at those "stacks of dimes" good spacing man!
  21. Agreed on early January. If not working, I can make this road trip. Speedy, Brandon, Jbot......Road trip?
  22. Damn! What kinda math is this, there is only 6 beers in a 6 pack.!! WTF?
