Would love to go back. I went during a cruise to the various islands so I have no opinion on places to stay. I know some friends of mine have condos there and they love it.

Came off of a long bed dodge ram. Not perfect as it has some scratches but still in good shape. Come get it from Plain City $400 obo http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/For%20Sale/IMAG0545.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/For%20Sale/IMAG0544.jpg

Why not just get with someone here who frequents DSCC or wright-patt? You coups save a lot of miles and get the same thing. If you don't care to have the potent mix, giant eagle is now carrying the liteweight stuff.

Get a small houseboat from beaver creek for the weekend. Can't beat staying on the water.

WT Borrow wakeboard bindings, or wakeboard setup.
XChris1632X replied to SRTurbo04's topic in Watersports
Take a drive up to Scioto board shop on glick road. They have bindings on sale for 50.00 right now. If you go, make sure you take a peek at urban meyers daughter's board that they just repaired. She cracked it in half doing an invert. I thought it was neat to see. -
Ha ha, I would never own one because i know better. I know better because I have worked on enough of them to know. I guess i neglected to provide YOU with my credentials to verify that I am qualified to give my opinions and factual information. I mean, I guess working on these trucks everyday at a FORD dealership isn't enough to know better. Sorry for over stepping my boundaries to try to help steer this guy clear of purchasing a piece of shit. Now fuck off and continue to be that elite 15% of CR that is integral to keeping this site operating in such an efficient and helpful manor.

Alright dwiggs, how do you know its that fast? You aren't the best driver you know.

Both my JL's in my boat started having issues. I think it is due to the moisture. one of the channels is out on my 300 watt for the tower speakers and two channels is out on the main 600. The same replacements would add up to 800+ I really don't want to spend the money to replace them right now if I don't have to. I opened the 300 Watt up to see if I saw anything wrong and what I could see looked spotless. The compartment they were in did get very wet and was wet for a long time while also very hot and humid. I thought about bridging a couple channels and just using it that way until I can replace them if they cant be fixed. Where might a good place to look for replacements at a good price?

$438 this month. Highest ever, normally sits at $350 this time of year but have had one at $385 before. 2700 square foot Includes the shop out back (can account for 5-10% of it at most) My wife is home all day with kids so 2 big screens and the hot water tank are on nonstop. I don't bitch but reading everyone else being pissed about $150 bills makes me want to bitch. I'm paying a car payment in utilities every month.

Agreed! I'm not even going to elaborate on this.

You still haven't stopped out.

Read what you wrote again. You asked a series of questions only to follow up with a statement in which to inform everyone of your known factual information, which in reality, was false. No reason to loose any sleep, Let's move on.

On all of these and newer many engine repairs warrant the cab coming off. It's actually the preferred method if you have a lift and can be done in 45 mins.

The street level port job is done and the head is still at the machine shop. It got .012 taken off of it and the valves put back to original location. In the meantime I picked up a donor truck. Im parting out the entire truck with the exception of the P7100 injection pump and related parts to convert from the VP44 pump currently on my truck. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/Random/IMAG0547.jpg http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/Random/IMAG0559.jpg This is the ugly bitch that will most likely power the truck the next time it runs, or either be a core for the replacement. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk251/XChris1632X/Random/IMAG0561.jpg The only problem is that I found no fuel in the line on #4 and knew that the truck had sat awhile. The barrel is most likely sticking. Im not excited about working with a 160 pump or dumping much money into it. My plans are for a 13mm pump but I have got over 4k going into this wave of parts with the p-pump swap, cam, head studs, and machine work. This might have to last me until I can dump another 3k on just a pump.

Yeah I have been there. I have not found any signs of coolant in the oil, only oil in the coolant. The oil is getting changed and that will be the extent of that. The engine has 210k on it. I will ride the stock bottom end out as long as it lasts. At least that is my plan for now. If I can get some solid power running through it and get some great track times I will start throwing parts at the bottom end granted it is still intact. These bottom ends have seen 1000hp untouched.

Not true. If you know all the facts then why are you here asking questions. I have worked on enough of them to know that maintance alone will not keep them healthy. Idle time will take a toll on a lot of engine parts, especially EGR parts. Shortly, EGR delete will let this engine run great. The EGR is the root of a high percentage of the problems with these engines. They can be a good running platform if you take care of it and eliminate some of the problem causing issues.

It was my grandfathers and due to health issues can't use it anymore. It was light enough he could carry it through portages in Canada by himself. It is something like 48 lbs. It was stolen by some boys around his house and they joyrode it through the creek and put some big scratches in it. One spot is starting to show the kevlar. He is looking to get that spot repaired. $650 OBO takes it now.

Check your water flow into the muffler. If that should be the last part of the cooling system so work your way backwards

Anyone With a 2004-2006 RXP Need an Extra 10-15 HP?
XChris1632X replied to Limitedslip7's topic in Watersports
That's exactly why I got rid of the big charger. I ride in chop more than anything and it comes unhooked way too much. It got to the point that I cringed every time. Who knows what I will do. The valvesprings arent my major issue, its the valves themselves. Pre 06 valves are hollow and prone to failing. I just don't see a point in dumbing $600 in a valve job and not doing $550 in springs and retainers while I'm at it. -

I will think over the ecu. I haven't been riding my RXP much because I know I am way overdue on needing to address the valves. $1200 just for the valvetrain upgrade is just hard to swallow, especially since if I do that I'm going to want to go back to the big charger and back to the quest for big speeds. I was originally thinking about going to a more aggressive ecu as well. Part of me is enjoying the ski de-tuned but I don't think that's going to last past this year. -

06's have a different ECU. What year did this come programmed for? Any other mods you are foing to get rid of? -

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that ECU is only good for 04-05s. Did this come on the ski you bought? -
It's prob cpvc correct? Got to home depot and look for shark bite couplings. They just slide one and will join copper and cpvc.

Motor, I have a trans to go with it if needed, the turbo and cables would almost cover it. I am parting out the truck it all came in so I could likely provide you with 95% of the parts you need. Let me know because I just posted it on the big forums and will start selling off parts. Thanks to everyone passing the word along.
