If it comes down to it yes. I just hate borrowing money at all. It is also hard to know if I have enough to get it done, or even know how much I would need to borrow when the lawyer can't give an accurate estimate. That's what I need more than anything. If she said it will cost 2k I would move on it tomorrow. If she said up to 5k, I would say fuck vacation this year and get it done now. The problem is I am worried after last time that her estimate of xxxx dollars will turn into 10k. Then I would have to borrow a little. And that seems high as it is. I will do anything for either of my kids but it isn't in their best interest for me to throw money away either. Because as they see it now, even though he isn't doing shit, they still have someone to hold accountable. He just got out of jail for 30 days again for non payment. He would rather go to jail for 30 days a year than get a job. He lives of just 125.00 a month VA disability check and drug money.

I would love to, but with buying this house my available funds are limited for a little while.

First off, here is short story: My wife has a child from a previous marriage. His biological father has never had much responsibility for him and has only had contact with him when his family pressured him to since he was born almost 6 years ago. He is in and out of jail for non payment of child support, robbery, and drugs. Her son only knows me as his father as I have been around since he can remember. He recognizes his biological father only as the guy who used to baby sit him when we had stuff to do. The guy turned all custody rights over to her over a year ago to save a hundred dollars a month on child support that he doesn't pay anyways. He said at that time that he wanted to sign over all parental rights and not be responsible for anything especially having to pay child support. We have had no contact with him since. He cannot sign over his rights until someone is there to assume rights for him. I want to adopt him. For me to adopt him someone has to give up their rights.so they both have to happen in one motion. We have been planning to try to go through with this after the beginning of the year since we have just met all the criteria to be permitted to go through with adoption. We had previously been working with a lawyer who took care of the custody situation that went very smoothly. The only problem was that we were told the 900 it would take to complete that turned into 2500 dollars. She previously told us that the adoption process could go very smoothly as long as he signed over his rights and it would he around 1500 and I would have to keep that as a retainer. Recently she said our retainer now will have to be around 5000. I have never had any other experience with lawyers so I don't know if this is just how they all are but I don't think I want to use her again. I close on our house in 4 days so money is tighter than normal. I can't afford 5k to get this done. Our biggest problem is that his biological fathers family is starting to harass us after a year of no contact. We keep getting phone calls and internet messages from his sisters about wanting to see him. So far we have ignored all after being advised by the lawyer to do so as they have no rights to him. My boy doesn't even remember them. We were even advised by a Columbus detective to refrain from contact due to the pending case against the "father" and the stuff he was involved in. The place where they live is not safe. I'm worried that now the family will get involved and push him not to sign over his rights and to fight it. Then we have to prove him an unfit father, which shouldn't be that difficult, but will skyrocket the price to do so as well as the time and effort and most importantly the chance of possible psychological stress on my kid. We just got past everything from a few years ago. Before he was 3, he didnt understand why his dad was mean and never could see him. I dont want him to remember any of that again. He is happy now Sorry for the novel but does anyone have any personal experience with this? Anyone have a lawyer to recommend, or should I use the lawyer who already has experience with us and knows the case? I guess maybe all lawyers charge double of what they say. I would just like to try to know more accurately of what this is going to cost me and if there could be someone better to help. I just never trusted this other lawyer.

I never watched a full series of shows before. When I was overseas I watched the shield and loved it. I have to admit, I refused to watch the first two years of this show. I the. Learned it was by the same people who did the shield and gave it a shot for one show in the second season. I went out and got the first 3 right then and have been onboard every show since.

Drove to Indianapolis for Thanksgiving. Just like any sensible person, I was not pressing my luck there or back. With the exception of the last 20 miles down the dark state route back to my house. Just so happened I passed a state boy 6 miles from my house. The thing that pissed me off about it was the lecture/ashamed talking to that I got. All conversation was brief and the last thing before he walked away to write me a ticket was, "sshheesh, 72 in a 55..." as he shook his head like I had dissapointed him. Im not mad I got a ticket really. I was the one speeding. I really wasnt trying to speed, but I really wasnt trying not too. I was just cruising along in la la land while everyone was asleep in the car. Sucks that I got a ticket after cleaning up my record but oh well. Wont be the last. The thing that irritates me the most is the fucking price increase in Madison county. Fucking 151.00! It used to be like 110. Now each mph over is pro rated as well over 9mph. Any subsequent ticket within the year is automatically 200.00!

Call the Riviera in Dublin. It is a nice golf course and half of my family and Plain city has been married there. I know that we had one full wedding(including rehersal dinner) there that was around 6k for 200 people. It could be done for a lot less. Especially with only 35.

I turned on the t.v. and doug lessells was talking about naming Meyer coach next week and then he went in to talking about tressel being in Michigan to talk with the team before the game. The kids were loud so I couldn't hear everything. Does anyone have details on what they were talking about?

I hope those aren't going on the camaro in your Sig. I have seen 3 year old tires I would be scared to drive on, much less 10. Not trying to be a dick but if you can't afford tires or maintenance on your ride, don't drive it or buy something cheaper that you can keep up with. It's not worth you, your family, or others on the road safety. I wouldn't have 10 year old tires on my lawn mower.

I was hoping to get out this morning and get a shot off on the buck that comes through the back of our property a few times a day. I had to get up with a fussy baby though and at 7:10 this morning I heard 8 shots ring out just behind the creek that splits my property where he comes through. I am more than nervous he is gone now. Last night I just missed the chance to get a shot on him as it got just a little too dark to do so just as he was strutting up to me. The thing is, the landowner behind me does not allow people to hunt it but the people that beside us let only two dublin cops that are older. I really have the feeling that someone was hunting where they shouldn't have been. It sounded directly behind me. I really dont see how even a couple 10 year old kids would let loose 8 shots either.

What good reason would Urban have to deny anything though? He is not giving anyone else the finger only to move on somewhere else. He is fully available and most would not be shocked if he decided to coach again.

I dont disagree with you on all of that. My argument is not so much with length of time before something could happen, but mostly that nothing has happend yet. I also don't think anything will happen before the season is over. Up until tonight, we still had a mathmatical chance for a good turnout of a season. The season is about to wrap up. I dont believe anything will be said before then. Whether or not they are giving fickel a real and full chance or not I am sure they have a next up plan. Nothing due to feelings. I am sure that the university has a plan, I believe it just hasnt been put in to motion. You are right, the university is a huge business and organization. I would think it would be more than impossible to have worked a deal and people not know about it. If the rumors were true and a deal had been made, they would look rather stupid to deny it now only to admit it later.

I am simply referring to any thermostats that I would consider to use in my own house. I mean that is what we are talking about right? I am referring to higher end units because that is what I would install into my own house. Is there t stats that are cheaper and do a decent job, yes. I am not arguing that. I just prefer certain ones and would also recommend them to people if they ask for it. My point was not to say there aren't others that are good and do a good job, but that the price they are asking for the one referenced is not necessarily outlandish.

Not quite. name one legitimate source that has given any indication that these rumors hold water. Compare answer to the amount of legitimate sources that promise otherwise as of this moment. My thoughts are based on fact and common sense. At the first voice of these rumors I was not in disbelief but after it was denied on the behalf of the man as well as by the man himself, I inclined to no longer believe the rumors of a buckeye message board filled with wishful thinkers like myself. Do I believe that this is a possibility throughout coming months: yep. Hell I am hoping. Do I believe that this is even remotely possible as of this current time while the season is still in motion: not a chance in Hell.

I could have told you a long time ago it was stupid and not worth a man's time to sit through. That's awesome! Great video too, he will cherish that when he gets older. It surely got my heart pumping. The deer are moving like CRAZY today with the cold. I saw a buck today in the same spot today 4 times in a 7 hour span. It was 25 off the road. I also spotted 4 does and a buck chasing them three time today at my house/shop/hunt spot. The sad thing is, I haven't had the chance to get out once yet. Today got me going though. I'm pumped. Did you have to track it far? Congrats to your boy. Too bad he could spend the rest of his teenage years chasing deer that might never come close to matching the size of that one.

From a guy who installs furnaces and thermostats everyday, programmables can definatly save money. Same as someone turning the t-stat down manually, just does it automatically. Combine that with a modulating furnace that ramps up only as needed and you can save a lot of money. umm $250 is damn near starting price for a thermostat that's worth a shit. The programmables that we install with our modulating 90+'s start at 550. All the new furnaces are coming with communicating control boards and have options to use communicating thermostats that can cost over $1200. These can also be used with your phone and controlled even when away on vacation. It sure can be nice if you were on vacation during the winter when your furnace goes out and your system sends an alert to your phone. Sure beats coming home to frozen and busted water pipes. There can even be money saved by paying a little more for a better, more accurate t-stat.

Found some new limbs. I called pse, who actually made Browning bows until last year. Unfortunately, they are 180 for the pair. I got ahold of the guy selling that bow in the Craigslist add above, that's a deal I can settle for but he lives an hour and a half south of Columbus. I might be looking to have to buy a replacement. I'll let you know on the bowtech. I'm buying a house now so I am trying to he extremely cheap. Especially this time of year.
