G&R is in waldo. Worth the drive if you have time. Take cash that's all they take. I grew up 15min from there used to spend a lot of time riding my bmx bike there with friends for the Bologna sandwich or their country boy sandwich. As far as in Marysville Benny's is the go to place make sure you get pizza. Other than that its Roosters and Whitecastle or waffle house early morning. If you get up early enough try Mrs. Rensons donuts near the advance auto.

I checked out of curiosity and was surprised that it was less than I expected. It's around $20,000. Which is up there for a bike but compared to other cruisers its not bad. That means next year they could be under $15k lightly used. If so I may add one to my stable.

But you are not leaning as the rider. Maybe we were thinking two different things.
-
That looks pretty tempting but it cost 2x what I paid for my Zx10r.
-
You can turn a bike and sit straight up and down its called counter leaning. The bike still turns but the bike needs to lean more and it becomes an unstable ride. Unless your on a dirt bike and then counterleaning is how you turn.

Pretty much if he doesn't see it it isnt 100% legal for him to pull you over unless he can come up with his own probable cause. Which could be as simple as he thought he saw an equipment violation (loud exhaust, no mirrors, no license plate light, malfunctioning brake light). Once he stopped you he noticed he was mistaken and decided to warn you that you fit the description of the guy in the complaint. If you had a good lawyer that wasn't too busy he could tear one of these stops apart and probably get you a small settlement. As long as your bike clearly has no equipment violations that'd would allow a stop.

It can fly its self but they put a crew on it because it is expensive? Kind of seems pointless to me. This plane is so expensive since it can fly itself that we (whoever owns it) need to have people fly it. The only benefit I can thing of is if its got a crazy huge fuel capacity and it can fly long enough to allow the crew to snooze. But if that were the case you'd think 2 rotating flight crews would be cheaper then building it to fly its self.

This series by the guy who literally wrote the book on motorcycle riding explains it. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oyVdyUTnlDw The bike can turn with counter steering alone just not that well. You can sit up and basically lean opposite but it makes for horrible traction. It's a common reason for low sides.

I wonder if they will have a tribute ride for the tribute ride?
-
Yeah you can just not well.

It's because old blue haired snow birds are awesome at screwing up traffic. Then you throw in a crappy highway setup with 150 people on sportbikes its just asking for trouble. Especially when a lot of the riders in that group think that a group ride is the time to practice stunting.

There's plenty of videos on the web of Ruff Ryders riding like idiots. I bet that was a deciding factor.

Can't turn a bike by just leaning.
-
A pallet of keystone what's that 50, 60 bucks?

Not really it just shows how pointless it is to road rage with someone unless your going to handle it. The cops are going to de-escalate the situation ASAP so they don't end up with a situation like the one where the former OSU player was shooting at that guy a little while back. What can the cop base his PC on to make the stop? Him saying I saw the guy do (whatever) isn't enough to make a traffic stop. Maybe with multiple witnesses but just one person saying this is what happened only gives him reasonable suspicion at best.

I was driving on 23N near Delaware a long time ago about 8 years. I came up behind a work truck with 4 guys in it at a stop light. They took off from the light and were throwing beer bottles out onto the road and swerving. I got in the left lane and passed them set my cruise control at 63 (8 over). When there was enough room to get over into the right lane again I did. They then flew up behind me and started riding my ass even though the left lane was open for them to pass. I slowed down to 55 so they'd go around me. Nothing they still stayed behind me. I was in my camaro at the time so I sped back up to 63 (still in a 55 zone). Then they came speeding back up on me so I brake checked em and went back up to 63. Then they came up on me again only this time the pulled beside me to pass. Which was fine with me I didn't want to be near these guys. When they got beside me the passenger through a brick at me that hit right behind my drivers window. Then they tried to speed away up the road but I had no problem keeping up. I got their plate and called Delaware PD. They got off at the 36 exit as I was on the phone with the dispatch. Then I saw them throw several bottles out in to the brush which I told the dispatch. Dispatch told me they had a unit on the way that will take care of it so just pull over. So I did. Cop gets there 20min later to basically tell me there's nothing they can do. I asked him what about the dent put in my car by the brick? As far as I'm concerned that's at least assault if not attempted murder. He told me they have morrow county looking for the truck since that's where the truck was registered. But it was my word against his and they couldn't take prints off the brick so it was pointless. I asked what about them drinking? they were obviously drunk and could kill someone. He said hopefully Morrow country gets em.

I currently am not. I work with a few guys that do a lot of long range shooting that offered to help me out. No they are not the ones who referred me to counter sniper.

Hence why its not like the 2 LR guns I mentioned. When I bought it I couldn't decide in a Remington 700 or getting an AR-15. Found the AR-10 and figured it was kind of a mix of the two with sacrifices being made on certain aspects of it.
-
+1 for Hoblick / shop dog/ Ryan he's a pretty good dude and reasonable prices. He does mobile tire changes also so if you need rubber for the bike he might be able to hook you up.

I know the AR-10 is not a long range gun like a Remington .700 or a Barrett. When I bought it I wanted a long range rifle to learn long range shooting with. (500+ yards). The rifle can be capable of 1000+ but with a awesome shooter. That's not me. Although I do want to learn to get as close to that as I can and 500+ is my current goal then step it up once I reach that. Since I've moved out west I can hunt with it so I will probably use it for that too. The only restriction on the .308 out her is magazine capacity. But they allow it to be used on coyote, white tail, mule deer, mountain lion, bear, elk and sheep. So I'm eventually going to use it on hunting too. The rifle has a 24in bull barrel and I'm not too concerned about the weight of the scope. I'll want something rugged though so I can hike it up through the mountains out side of its case. I was thinking starting around $600-$750 dollar range.

But could it affect the guns we desire to import? Say I want a H&K UMP .40, will this ban affect that or are all those parts made in Virginia? Or what if I want an AK?
-
Well I don't know about optics, so I'm glad I never bought one from them. Although I do have an AR-10 that needs a scope eventually. Never bought one so I'll have to do some more research when I get the cash together. Thanks for saving me guys.

Never used em just told about them awhile back. Was told they are best bang for the buck and good quality. Maybe someone was screwing with me. Are they really bad enough to make unicorns puke rainbows and machine gun shit butterflies?
