  1. *Everything is being sold as-is because I got everything from the PO and never installed it myself* ==Photo Album Here, individual photos at bottom of the post== -Micron slip-on (has black finish, slightly removed in one spot) -stock headers (clean) -stock air filter -exup valve and lines (little dirty, but functioning from what I can tell) -Blue lowers, rear hugger, front fender, tail -Avon av55 front tire 120/70 ZR17 (like new) -2007 R6 fender -stock rear axle (safety wired) I don't know what this stuff is worth to be honest so just throw up offers, you wont hurt my feelings. If I find anything else when taking pictures I will post it up
  2. I wasn't asking about necking the .380's up to 9mm. I was wondering if the oversized cases can be safely re-sized back to .380 again, sorry if that was unclear. I think I will just throw them in the scrap brass bin anyway since I don't have an immediate need for them and its only like 10.
  3. I'm currently trying to find a good load for 9mm, so I am collecting all the brass when I shoot boxed ammo. When I came back home today after shooting, I was sorting the brass I picked up and found some expanded .380 cases. I picked up a 9mm case and the .380 is perfectly sized to it on the expanded end. I have found 3 with split cases and a handful of spent ones (with an equal number of correct .380 cases). I don't plan on reloading .380 anytime soon, but I just want to know if there is even the possibility of re-sizing them or selling them to someone or should I just throw them in the scrap brass box?
  4. Where are you guys planning on stopping for gas around Uhrichsville?
  5. I haven't had many bites on the R1 (maybe because it is so late in the season) so I want to jump on the chance to trade for a bike that I already would want. I am meeting at 11, so if I can come down I certainly will. What order are you guys taking the roads and how long will the ride be? I might be able to catch up to you at some point. -edit- Never mind, saw the route update in the op. We'll see what happens, but since its an hour ride down, I doubt I'll be there
  6. I try to keep the vent near my mouth open and open my visor at each stop and I usually don't have any trouble with fogging.
  7. I tried PM'ing you, your messages are full
  8. Wouldn't it be cheaper just fixing up your current bike instead of selling it?
  9. I am meeting up with someone to sell a bike at 11am . If I can make it, I will, if not then have fun and stay warm

    FS: Stands

+1 for pics. If the front is a steering stem one then I'll take it (them if its only a package?)
  11. Ooo, definitely want! IP has been giving away a bunch of free stuff lately, thanks!
  12. That just reminds me of a skit on Robot Chicken once: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkPmluopY18
  13. Are you planning on doing racing at all?
  14. This is demonstrating superconductor properties, which needs to be at very low temperatures ("high temperature" super conductors are those that are superconducting above -250*C). There are a lot of benefits to superconductors beyond this such as 0 resistance wires, but unfortunately the low temp and ceramic nature make it impractical at present.
  15. You can still get at least Spinthariscopes and cloud chambers. That is all I actually read, so if you are genuinely interested in the toys, there you go!
  16. I can't speak for Sidi, as I have never even tried them on (unfortunately) but I love my A* SMX R boots. They are comfortable enough that I can walk around in them fully zipped up and hop right on the bike; or alternatively get up from a crash and walk right over to the bike and pick it back up. I have never had any discomfort from them. The only thing I would have liked is that they would have more replaceable parts as I see many Sidi's have, although I have not needed to replace anything yet
  17. Good point. I can see both ways now, but I still don't understand why EVERYTHING would be stock except the motor, which would be a fairly involved process especially if it isn't a direct swap. Why would he also lie about the paint?
  18. I personally don't like buying bikes without looking at them first. I would only be interested if the seller allows me to go check it out (whether its a classified or regular auction). I have never shelled out money before I took a look, but I have taken a gamble driving 100's of miles to a sale I found online. I don't trust a system to refund me if something is not as expected or mentioned in the advertisement
  19. A guy has a R6 that he is selling that looks completely stock but the ad says its been bored out to a liter I highly doubt this is legit, but what is the possibility of someone doing this? I would think you would run into the oil/coolant passages and have tons of problems with heat http://cleveland.craigslist.org/mcy/2632685469.html
  20. Haha, I have seen your wave and its priceless! You were baiting with the low arm out, and then just standing up on the pegs and waving furiously once they started to wave back.
  21. Giant Eagle got it around here early last week I believe? The price after all taxes was $21.00 on a 24pk of bottles. I wonder if they planned it like that?
  22. I wish I could grow facial hair. Both my brother and I can't do it, but every other generation in my family has been able to
  23. Ha, there was a couple of guys that did that up here yesterday. I usually do the "scissors", his buddy threw up paper, and he was last and threw up the rock. I thought of that and laughed for a little. Scruit - throw up the OR minivan next time you see him and watch his response
  24. As the title says, I need an upper fairing stay for an 03-06 600rr. I know uppers are slightly different with ram air tubes from 03-04 to 05-06 so I'm pretty sure the stay will work with either. I am willing to look at bent ones as long as its not too bad, a picture would be nice. Anyone have any they are willing to part with?
  25. Hmm, I thought I signed up for sport rider, but they just sent me the motor cyclist today. Seems I got the October and November issues as well. Either way its a free magazine, thanks!
