Is Wild Hogs Roadhouse down in Miamisburg still open? I know its got plenty of parking, and a big sit down area inside, but they were having problems getting local permits for their outdoor events and the locals were trying to shut them down.

I worked in Redwings for years, in fact still have a couple of pairs for work. They refuse to wear out. But I just bought a pair of maybe the best boots I have ever worn. 100% American made, up in Wisconsin. Thorogood Boots. And man are they comfortable.

Here is how I would remove a pilot bearing from inside the end of the crank on my old sbc motor. Fill the hole partially, with grease. Make sure its at the back of the hole. Then take a drift that just fits into the bearing, the closer the size, the better. Take a hammer and strike the drift like you were hammering it into the hole in the crank. It forces the bearing right our, even if the bearing was pressed in.

Exactly. This little bit of snow and slush is nothing. If ya can't handle driving reasonably, can't handle a little snow, then stay home.

This is becoming more the norm most everywhere. I have been looking for an old yamaha dirt bike, '70s vintage. I am seeing prices like $3k! And when I call to check them out, they are already sold. Supply and demand, too many people who are willing to just open their wallet without using what I would call common sense.

Every hotel/motel I have asked about parking my bike inside has said NO!!!....lol. One little joint in Gunnison, Co. did have a nice porch and said I could park it up on the covered porch. Think you can pull in it through a single door? I always figured on having to get a handicap accessible room for that.

Riding the Black Hills and the Needles around Rapid City, Deadwood and Sturgis is simply spectacular. We rode out there before the event (mid June) to avoid the throngs of bikes just so we could ride the area. We rode out and laid over 2 nights but we went across I70 through Missouri then north. Taking a more direct route might let you stay over just one night if you like 8-10 hour ride days on the super slab. We preferred 2 lanes once we crossed the Missouri at Council Bluffs Iowa into Omaha. Sturgis and Wyoming slab speeds are 75 mph so once there you can make great time riding across SD. Devils Tower in Wy is not too far from Rapid City and is a cool stop as well. I want to go to Sturgis once to experience it all, but I get tired real fast of being in the middle of massive crowds like that. Actually riding in Wyoming turned out to be fantastic too. Maybe better overall considering everything.

All I can see are more bikes going down......hope it all turns out for the best but usually things like this end up being abused.

Comcast has been at the top of the list of worst customer service off and on for years now. We had problems with Verizon getting much the same kind of indifferent responses. We kept digging online and found a list of the people on the board for Verizon. The list also had phone numbers and email address's. Surprising how fast we got good service with a couple of carefully considered phone calls to some board members. Seems the Comcast headquarters was in Denver back when we used them. Good luck!

I love the fact that around here we get very little snow.

I'm sure this has already been considered, but is the deck you are setting this on built to handle that kind of weight? Over 8#/gal plus the weight of the tub and occupants adds up quick. Then there's the sloshing wave action I am thinking is going to happen......lol

After watching so many video's of off road riding I am now looking for an old (70's) enduro like my old Yammie 360. Cool stuff here

Actually I was sad to see OSU lose. Its being said the UMeyer said for once he was taking over a program that was not broke. I think the program is in worse shape than he is letting on. But they will recover and bring good football back to the university before too long.

LOL, man I have to agree this site is great. So I am guilty of just trying to sell a cable I bought from bestbuy for too much, unknowingly. I put a price on it less than half what I paid, and usually most people I have dealt with expect to haggle the price. I never really figured to get what I thought it might be worth. And instead of someone just pm'ing me about the price deal, I get links showing where people can get cables cheaper? On any other site I deal with that kind of bs is considered by admins to be a bullshit action. A couple of them would give offending members a warning. Guess not here tho. Instead it becomes a frenzy trying to make me look like I am trying to screw someone. I wasn't pissed about the money but rather the way it came down. So maybe I was wrong about this site. Or is it just the members? But the members make the site most of what it is, so go figure. When I deal with someone I try and show them respect but not when they start shitting on me right out of the gate. Something I would never do to someones 'for sale' thread. Go ahead and blaze away, make yourselves feel good.

six doesn't seem you need to try to be a dick, it just comes naturally. As to your free cable, I would be very careful taking anything from you, its probably diseased. Yep crazy, I see the cable prices have dropped alot. Guess I am just screwed trying to get anything out it.
