That was another thing too, he thew us(me and the wife) right into the deep end. Day one work out was what I'd call a amature athlete work out not for novices or beginners at all. And Monday of this week he had us do what he called an endurance check and everyone I showed it to even seasoned trainers and athletes said they would die if they did that. And it wasn't "do what you can "it was "finish it, even if it takes you 2 hours" He would give me a workout on a thursday night to do at home that would completely fry a set of muscles then give me moves to work them again the next morning at the gym that hit the same ones. Basically telling me to do 100 lunges on a morning that I can barley walk from the work out the night before. Burpees kill my back and I told him that after I gave them a solid try in one work out. He says okay. The very next days work out, "give me 5 rounds of 10 burpees". I didn't even know what to say.

Well I signed up for a personal trainer several weeks ago and gave it a couple weeks. When I signed up we talked about my back and what i could and could not do and he said "yea we can work around that" Well at the end of the first week my back was back really hurting and he wasnt really taking these workouts in to consideration of what i was telling him. So again expressed my concerns and he just kept telling me to suck it up and push through. Well in my opinion that was the wrong answer. My back it back to feeling the way it was 3 months ago and that's not where I want to be. So I cut the ties with him. Super disappointed in the whole thing. But the good news is this has kick started me to back what was doing a year ago and I have my daily diet and cravings dealt with. So I'm back on track for sure. Still going to stick to the once a month weigh in and that will be in a couple weeks.

I like the "no sugar coating" attitude he has. While it may not be very "Presidential" he not exactly lying or being "racist". And just because the republicans say the don;t like him dosn't mean he won't get reelected, hell they didn't like him during the last election either. And that's the biggest difference between Liberal's and Conservatives. A lib will get butt hurt and "loose respect" for some one that has a difference in opinion. Most (not all) conserv's will just listen to the rambleing's chuckle about them and move on. I have no ill will towards anyone reguardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, political views or income. Ill sit down have a drink talk about motorcycles or the weather all day long. I'll show them respect, dignity and treat them like any other person in the world. I might say i don't agree with that and your can also say that. But don't try to push your beliefs on me and tell me i have to change my views. That is the only time I'll get upset. There are many thing i don't agree with in the world and country. But I'm not going to tell you that you have to see it the same way. If it does't impact me I really don't care. But if my families safety, finances and liberties are being impacted i sure the hell will speak up.

I don't even agree with the term classist either IF it's used on a broad definition. For me for example I don't necessarily hate lower class people. I understand there are circumstances in which people couldn't help where they're at. But I despise the ones that cry foul and don't want to do anything about it to get themselves out of that situation or even worse the ones that put themselves in that situation.

I was told recently if you don't like how a particular class of people lived, that is what makes you racist. So if you don't like bottom feeders that live off the system and want to try to keep the leaches off you legs when your swimming for your life. That is what makes you racist. And keeping people out of our country that don't bring anything to the table or kicking them out because they have over stayed their welcome. Makes you a racist. I was told it has nothing to do with skin color and more to do with class of folks. Because I was called a racist and retorted with "no I'm not I have many friends and coleages of color and or different race" and I was told that had nothing to do with it. The fact that i think someone is a lowlife because they are too lazy to work hard and raise themselves up to a better life reguardless of the cards they were delt in the beginning. I was told that makes me racist. So by that definition, I guess he is in their eyes and I guess I would be too. But if you want to use the true definition of racism... Racism is the belief in the superiority of one race over another, which often results in discrimination and prejudice towards people based on their race or ethnicity. Hell No. It's just a card in this sick game they want to play called politics.

My plan is to be semi retired around 50ish. So i dumpping in what I can till then,plus I also have a pention. My 401k is set to automatically increase 1% every year. My wife will continue her career(that she loves by the way) to supply most of the income and benefits. I'll still do somthing part time or even full time if i can find something I truley enjoy but one thing for certain I'm going to slave away for the man anymore. Also our plans for that time are to move south, westernCarolina's or Northern Georgia area. We have friends that live around there and jobs in her field are plentiful.

Some people are stuck in the 80s and 90s Ive had nothing but Gm for the last 15 years and Ive gotten more bang for my buck and milage than most people get from their over priced yuppie rides. Last few and current rides 1999 grand am had 190k on it when i sold it only issue was inake maifold leak that was a cheap easy fix. other then that the car was a tank over 12 years and i paid $7500 on the use lot with 40k on it. 07 Chevy impala got used 8 years ago with 24k mile for $13k now has 216k miles Ive never touched under hood other than a battery and power steering pump. 05 Tahoe with 160k on it, had a engine issue at fist but dealer took care of it, and had to do a fuel pump because of corosion issue but thats it. Oh yea only paid $14k for it on the used lot 7 years ago with 80k on it. And our newer car 14 Impala 40k miles and hasent been in the shop yet. So i dont get when people say "GM quality shit" now days. I'll admit in the 80s and early 90s it did suck.

Yea we have $50k or 6 years left on the house,$19k or 3 years left on her student loans, and 3 years on her car(that never get driven)left. Also my youngest will be out of school in 3.5 years. Once I'm done with all that I'll have some extra play money to splurge. I'm also dumping about 18% in 401k right now so that takes a chunk.

Yea but I drive a 13 year old truck with 160k on it, have a 10 year old bike with 61k on it. Sacrifices Bike trips are cheap that's why I do them. Trust me we aren'texactly staying in Hiltons and Ritz-Carleton's when we travel. Gas, food and half a shity hotel isnt expensive at all. And by the way the "kid with no real bills" goes on these trips too. And the Mrs. pays for the family vacations and the trips to tropical locations, although i do the enjoy them thats her gig. And way to fuck up a inside joke....DICK
