Funny how this weekend I was going to do a cheat day but it really didn't really happen. I did have a few beers Saturday night but still kept calories below 2200 for the day. And Sunday I has some bacon and eggs for breakfast and fried chicken and taters for dinner but still kept my calories under 2400 for the day. So felling good and noticing visual changes too. One more week to my monthly weigh in.

Those are tried and true test for matrimony longevity. For me too. I shared a hotel room with 2 strippers and a garden gnome that weekend and my wife did not find out till I was already there. Hell for that matter I did'nt find out till i was there.

Just like this summer when I had a little mishap with a car in Vermont. I could have easily jumped down the womans throat for speeding and trying to kill me on my motorcycle. But in reality it was more my fault than hers. So I let her get her bitching out at me told her she was right and we agreed not to call the law. I think more because she probably didnt have a license or insurance but that's fine because the ticket would have been mine anyway. In the end I learned to pay attention more and have a little reminder on my bike or this lesson. Just think of those moments when you pull out in front of someone or didn't see someone or just did somthing wrong and created a near miss situation where you gave that "ops, sorry about that" wave. Think of those moments when you are on the receiving end of those situations. And if you say you have never done that, your lying.

Took the weekend off to rest up and recover. Hit the old treadmill tonight and it felt GREAT!!!!!

I don't think this is even going to be fair. I was thinking this was going to be a light year for me but I know I'll have 12k minimum. I'll have 10k in just the 2 already planned trips.

Management, trainer, owner...all the same guy. My wife is going to continue working with him she's just going to tell him the back off. He is agreed to give her credit for the monies that we paid for me. His demeanor has discouraged me to the point I felt like not completing. My wife said she's going to struggle through it. Plus it helps that she doesn't have a fucked-up back.
