  1. Ond helluva bday gift to yourself. Congrats - and stellar choice
  2. Mary, I've got the exact shorts you've got pic'd -- I like them, and they remind me of "buck naked" undies from Duluth Trading....very open feel and are not hot to wear. I nabbed mine at IronPony a couple years ago, and at a fairly decent price if memory serves.
  3. Thanks for your service!! Join us in a couple weeks for the Epic Ride, it's a good time and you'll get to meet several of us. Our side of the state is meeting up to group together, then riding east to the primary locale to meet the rest of us... http://ohioriders.net/index.php?/topic/106952-western-ohio-meetup-for-spring-epic-ride-51615/'>http://ohioriders.net/index.php?/topic/106952-western-ohio-meetup-for-spring-epic-ride-51615/
  4. The tail end of the video has him running roll ons against tuned ZX14's and leaving them behind, but it's not a huge gap or anything -- but it doesn't matter if you win by and inch or a mile.....winning is winning......now go live your life a quarter a mile at a time
  5. OR just ride it over to my place and use my frame lift? I've got room in the garage since my truck is in the bodyshop. Let me know man
  6. Welcome back - hit the Epic Ride in a few weeks and meet a bunch of us
  7. Glad to hear you're good to go. Sell off the kat, nab a sumo, and you'll wonder why you waited so long to get one = instant love of riding all over again
  8. Say it aint so Nivin. But I understand your predicament. Glws, albeit a bittersweet deal, it is a good deal nonetheless

  10. Wonder what the cat delete and akro did for the bike. He's probably still scraping the shit out of his pants. Super niche machine, but a wicked specimen all the same

    Bike Night

This used to be huge, wife and I used to go with a small pack of riders years ago. They handed out kickstand pucks and has us parking in the grass. Probably upwards of 500-600 bikes. Stupid big turnouts, but haven't been back in almost a decade due to drunken ass hattery
  12. Brock's a very cool guy, and wish I had the opportunity to work for him. Your a lucky guy. Brock knows his shit when it comes to making power. I bought my ninja from one of his engineers years ago, they used that bike ( so says the seller ) to refine the previous gen system for Kawi's '08+ upgraded injectors and ecu programming. It does run tiptop. Went from 168ish stock hp, to a best of almost 193. Huge gain for just an exhaust system and lots of fine tuning.
  13. That's dirt cheap on a wheel set. Where's RHill? Doesn't he need another pair?
  14. Welcome to OR youngster -- get that CBR to the track and learn to turn!
  15. Welcome to OR -- seconded on checking out the Epic Ride -- good way to meet some of us and ride some good SEO twisties
  16. Wings and newer Kawi Concours already have this, but it would likely become more popular eventually as standard option on other OEM's -- more popular for a touring and cruiser market, but might catch on for other platforms as well. There's aftermarket kits out there for bikes......here's one option and seems similar to others that came up on a search http://www.amazon.com/TireGard-13-315A-Motorcycle-Pressure-Monitoring/dp/B0068FYAHK'>http://www.amazon.com/TireGard-13-315A-Motorcycle-Pressure-Monitoring/dp/B0068FYAHK
  17. Sickening -- and moreso that the thieves had no problem stealing from a kid since it's basically what the bikes are produced for. I hope they can be caught, strung up by their scrotums, and beaten with willow switches until they've bled out
  18. Welcome to OR. Nice baby Pani!
  19. Your CB looks cleaner than my '08 Ninja, wish I had some tips for ya other than lots of time and elbow grease. EODesmo has some skills keeping bikes clean head to toe, the '06 KTM I bought off him looks new
  20. Welcome to OR. We're about 45 minutes south of you in Piqua. Feel free to join us SW Ohioans on the Epic Ride. It's a great time, good folks, and awesome roads
  21. It's a boost in hp/tq but not as much as Brock had hoped. But about 6 ponies on that little I2 is still quite a gain, and he found it where the bike was most anemic in low and mid range which is much more usable for street riding
  22. A whole buncha this
  23. Wait. This appears to be fed digitally, so there will be a sensor likely picking up its signal from a tone ring or cog around your primary drive sprocket. Make sure chain wax or lube hasn't caked up there interrupting the signal
