My gym is different. Crossfit is structured classes at specific times. We DO clean after every workout. I need weight training! I was going 6 days a week. I will go the first day it opens up.

Or you are doing it right.... Open the gyms! We stay a barbells length away from each other and we clean everything after every workout.

The mornings after my neighbor has loud parties, I like to run chainsaws, the bike, or pressure wash my house... The side next to his.

So, when are you moving again? We decided when we find our next place we are going to scope it out better, we have a few bad neighbors.

I was going to say, slash the tires and tell them your ex must of thought it was your new vehicle. If speaking does not work, tell them you will have the vehicle towed and a report for property damage will be filed with the courts and your insurance.

How did they "use" the garage? Do they have a key or a door opener? I would speak with them. I had to tell the people across our alley that our yard was not their kids playground when we moved in. You could edge your drive with flower pots and large rocks. Don't end up on an episode of neighbor's from hell....

Here's a squat... Told to squat an odd object.

I do...both ways. It's how we start and finish the ride. I miss back squats and over head squats. I was back squatting over 200 and front squatting 160. Over head was only 95, I was working on it.

So, because the gym is closed.... I have rode over 100 miles in April and over 120 this year. I have never rode that much before May in the past. Ass is still big and still need the gym for strength and muscle tone. Kitchen has zero tire marks and plenty of sammiches.

Only thing that I have changed is riding to work. I don't want tire tracks in the kitchen.

Suicide, overdose, and homicide will all go up. Unfortunately some of these people won't be noticed missing until a month or longer after it is over. Some of these people (I use to work with a few) don't have friends or family. Only the work place would notice them missing, but if they are not working, it could be summer before they are found.
