  1. This was from Sorebuttapalooza last summer. I actually felt pretty good. Could have made the 1500 in 24 I think. We were rockin for shizzle.
  2. Is the the diaphragm that you replace behind the cover at 55seconds on the video? That is the vacuum shut off for the fuel. Not an overfill do hickey. If that is what you changed then you would have had to have turned off the petcock so gas did not run out when you removed the hose. Unless of course the tank was empty or petcock plugged. Pull that hose with petcock off then turn it on using a catch can of sort and see if gas comes out. If yes your good. If no your problem is between the hose and the tank cavity. See the hose on the other side off the one you pulled off at 140? That should also be the fuel out to the carbs. Pull it off and stick a rag under it or better yet a piece of hose going to a catch can. Reinstall first hose. Turn on the petcock. No gas should be coming out of the do hickey. If yes...do hickey problem. The other small hose on the so called over fill do hickey is a vacuum hose. Pull it off the carb, inspect and make sure it is in good condition. With it attached to the do hickey.....suck hard on the other end. Gas should now be flowing into catch can. If yes...good. If no...do hickey problem. All this is nothing but a shot in the dark diagnosis. It took me longer to type this than it would have to perform the actual test. Also what IP said to check.
  3. It's been awhile but wasn't that chicken pox? Screen name says it all.
  4. Congrats Homie. Wish you guys the best that life has to offer.
  5. If I was only 40 years younger. Maybe when I retire. Hope all you homos have fun and save season.
  6. Welcome and no picking on old slow dudes.K?
  7. I suppose I could do this. One thing for sure is I'm not sleeping on the ground.
  8. Outstanding!! You better be a good Santa.
  9. http://www.jmcorp.com/catalog/files/mobile/index.html Been using the same two sets from them for 20 years. Only had to replace a cord on each recently. Kinda pricey but I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
  10. http://www.epa.gov/obd/pubs/420f09048.pdf This is what Uncle I'm doing you a favour warranty standards are. Doubt that the manufacturerers would go beyond these numbers. California may be differant because of the tree huggers and hipsters.
  11. They came with basically the same running gear but with differant topside for a differant applications. All mechanical running gear. Not hydraulic.
  12. They don't piss around in Europe. I could see myself wanting to challenge myself to that 25 years ago. Today I need internal combustion instead of pedals. The popping exhaust on that Beemer would get on my nerves if it were mine.
  13. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jxezoeTLHto I just had to post this. This guy is a work of art. He pretty much nailed what to do though. You don't have to remove the tank unless you have his type. You can just pour the miratic acid into your overflow tube. Vinegar or CLR is prolly gonna be a waste of time if it is that plugged.
  14. http://www.truck-lite.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&productId=111022&langId=-1 If you want to use LED lights make sure that they are DOT approved and they will be a lot brighter than that Chinese flee bay crap. We are now starting to use these for marker/clearance lights on our equipment. I can assure that they are brighter than heck. With them lit on the high side I would not advise staring at them at a close distance. If you can see the lens it will visible....very visible. They are replacing 2 1/2" lamps. They draw almost no amps. They come in red or amber. Single or dual brightness. That is a red one would be a running/brake and amber a running/turn. They also come in single brightness. They only require a 3/4" hole for the grommet. If you want LED driving or head lights be prepared to pay to get a quality product. That walmart crap won't get the job done.
  15. Holy Macaroni !!! Nivin is gonna be a Daddy. Congratulations Bud. Awesome video and no shitty music LOL!
  16. ^^^ http://www.baxleycompanies.com/ They have a couple different models. It would fairly easy to come up with decals I would assume. Go for it Tony. I dig the idea.
  17. Good for you guys. I test rode an FJR in July and really liked it. I could see one in my future. Almost pulled the trigger on a used one.
  18. I know. That's sad. Just no room for the pizza oven. No...You would have a problem in not having reverse on a bike that size in certain situations. Comes in handy when pulling a trailer as well. http://youtu.be/wHTFfRNTZF8
  19. Welcome. Don't mind the ribbing. Pretty good group of people here. Now all you have to do is farkle that thing up for next years parades.
  20. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/70245853/ http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S09903820/ I know you said wall mount but if you had the space a wardrobe like this would be pretty neat and reasonably cheap. This was just an example. They have smaller ones as well. They also have a pretty good selection of wall mount stuff too.
  21. Stock pretty much picked over but I scored what I basically wanted. Helmets 50% off....Wife got a new Shoei. Textiles 40% off???I got new mesh pants. Parts and accesories 50% off....Son in law gonna get a nice sissy bar bag for his Street Glide for XMas.
  22. Pauly may have the answer. Your post 15 and 18 are somewhat confusing. Then again being a Brit....too many round a bouts. Strange.....same tire?? Yes indeed if marks line up as post 18 and axle is off as in post 15 could be spacers.
