Where is #10? Harley Parade Riders, almost always riding in parade fashion and going 10mph below the speed limit. Sure your shit looks good, even though it's loud and doesn't go anywhere fast. If your getting passed on the dragon by a cyclist, you must surely be a Harley parade rider!
Those are some killer pics! I love the sparks, you really have that FJR hooked up! The FJR is on my shortlist for my next bike.
I wonder if @Tonik 's couch can lean over that far without leaving some luggage on the road?
I have always went after a few minutes and clear traffic. I have never been pulled over either. My plan was to tell the cop the same thing. I waited for multiple cycles and the light never changed. I can't believe they would ticket you if you do it safely.
I have been contemplating this and may tag along with Whaler, just wondering about the weather as it will most likely be the hottest weekend this summer, 98 degrees both Friday and Saturday.
I am always watching my mirrors for this exact situation. I know and heard many dumb people who have had the rear brakes out on a vehicle and they continue to drive the car because the front brakes are 70% of your braking power anyway. I told them that is true, but their are rear brakes on a car for a reason so get your shit fixed. One of these dumb asses was a friend of mine, I told him to bring his shitty car over and I helped him replace the rear calipers and brakes to make it drivable and safe again. I told him brakes are one of the most important components on a vehicle and should be inspected periodically for wear and leaks. I check mine at every oil change.
Reagan Park in Medina with the family. Great park to hit the trails, they have different trails for each skill level plus some other cool ramps/bridges for tricks.
You have been holding out on us, I love the naked sport bikes! Great bike Doc, now you need to bring it down to a group ride so we can check it out in person!
I think I would go with the FJR or Concorse as others have stated. I will have one in the stable at some point. I have always like the mix of sport and comfort plus the extra carrying capacity for longer trips. @jacobhawkins drove his like it was a super sport and it handled just fine. I would definitely take one for a spin if you can.
