  1. I agree with you. Gotta go on Friday. That is the only day it doesn't suck.
  2. Isaac and I will be there on Friday. He wants to look at dual sports. I hope he can sit on that little 250 Yamaha with the round headlight.
  3. I am going full retard with the suspension. No half-ass gimmicks.
  4. It's getting Ohlins and I don't have any love left in me for European bikes at the moment. My current situation requires a bike that will start and run without failure or need of a service every other oil change. I am done with all of that nonsense.
  5. That bastard put up a good run, though. It took some riding to catch his tail. That was a fast car. GA-60, north from Suches.
  6. Nothing up top is what kept me alive chasing you in GA and TN. This little 600 should be just as forgiving, hopefully. Hawlin' the mail!
  7. Racetech is for posers. I owned a 2004 before I sold it for the Multistrada. I enjoyed the engine once I stopped lugging it. Too much time on v-twins, I suppose. Glad you are doing well, Tony. I hope to see you soon.
  8. "The Dick Ship will never fly. WE NEED MORE DICKS!"
  9. I am adapting a simplier lifestyle for the time being. This Yammie makes about 95 hp at the crank. The Multistrada made 95 and the Supersport made 80. Not much of a downgrade, really. Power will just be above 8k rpm, instead of on the floor. The valve service intervals are 26k miles, versus 6k. No body work. No expanding fuel tanks. No broken mirrors every other ride. No timing belts. No nonsense. Just a middleweight carver with rock-solid reliability. Four-pot monoblock calipers tied to braided hoses are strong enough for street duty. I don't brake that often, anyway. A quick handlebar swap will get me close to Multi ergos, too. I like that riding position and want to get near there. I don't need more engine to go fast. I do need suspension, though. I already have that sorted and budgeted. It will be fast enough when I am finished with the build. The Multistrada has a $1700 shock and $2500 forks. The ST has the same shock, albeit less travel, and fully adjustable Showa forks. The FZ6 comes with non-adjustable suspension, save for rear preload. The forks have zero clickers annywhere. Its suspension is garbage for anything more than mild street riding. That 2008 Multistrada is the best handling street bike I have ever ridden. @dpgasser can vouch for its handling prowess. I am hoping to get the FZ6 close enough to that to keep me entertained.
  10. I was hoping you'd show up, slut.
  11. Smooth, but it's filled with bird shot.
  12. Ew, Gross. Because it is "new" to me. You fucking asshole. You win a date with me. No guac upgrade, though.
  13. @Bad324 has been slapped with a 24 hour posting restriction for non-compliance.
  14. It is Japanese. Questions are not guesses.
  15. ...and it isn't Italian. So, in classic @NinjaDoc fashion, here goes the guessing game. First clue: It has zero electrical doodads to assist the pilot. ( @Tonik & @Tpoppa are excluded from playing) I will answer one question per post. Each guess counts as one point. Three points results in a 24-hour time out; where you have to sit and think about your actions and how they affect those around you. Winner gets a lunch date with me at any Chipotle of your choosing. Let the games begin.
  16. Definitely should buy it. That bike is cool as hell.
  17. The Wheelhouse has 32c GravelKings mounted. If I am in town, I should be down. Slow...but down.
  18. Samco hoses and clamps. They seem to be very high quality. Fit is top rate. The stainless clamps are pretty serious. To be honest, I am disappointed I had to buy them for a bike with 12k miles. I am not happy, but I am hopeful.
  19. That mobile site is trash. I think he should use that Kel-Tec to shoot the developer.
  20. Looking at the two pairs of rotors... the carriers are way different. The stock Brembo is a "snowflake" pattern and the new rotor has more of a "wagon wheel" design. I don't know if I can land on any material to hold the tone ring. Shit.
