Very well could be as the guy that owns it lives on bunty station.
-
hmm- if you put it on hemmings or barret jackson you may be able to pull 55-72K from a special buyer. From a local/nonspecific buyer I would say you could probably get 35-45 depending on how well it drives.
-
I thought so too- owner said he paid 6000 for it not too long ago... it looks like one of those racing bikes though.
-
oops mixed up cars.

The son of the guy that sharpens our chainsaw blades is selling this bike. 2001 CBR929RR 14,300 Mi. New Tires, Salvage Title, 4500.00 I am not a bike guy but it looks really sweet. Red white and gold. I know nothing else and am not affiliated. (740) 369-5886

Tough to tell from the pictures but I would be amazed if standard shorty headers would work in there. Thats what we were told with our 4.3L Vortec V6 conversion into a porsche 924. Hah. A few years later learning to weld by arc/mig/ oxyacetylene/ to bend and form / and a few new curse words we had made a set of equal length headers from scratch that cleared the tight as hell shock towers, steering shaft, motor mounts, bellhousing, and starter, you could actually change the plugs and remove from the car if needed. F-that.

On the squier strat pack- yeah that is what I have also- it works really well and is super easy to play. If I remember right I think it was 3-400 for the guitar w/ strap, a cord, an amp, and a gig bag. The cord is a POS though as mine failed after about a week so I got an professional quality one.. no problems in 10 years!

Thanks guys! I never heard of guitar pro- that looks really neat! which version are you guys using? Do I read right that it plays the tab for you? so you can play along? thats sweet! I couldn't find how much it costs... Honestly syris, I would get one of those 75.00 walmart accoustics to begin with if I had to do it over again.... Whichever one you look at make sure it has light action (the strings are close to the frets) I have a super expensive awesome looking solid top epiphone that my parents bought me back when I was 17 and the action is too stiff for my beginner hands (awesome volume and tone but harder to play). I love the sound of accoustic guitars compared to electric but for a beginner the electric is so much easier on the fingers. A friend of mine had a martin that had very light action, almost as light as my squier stratocaster. I would recommend a cheap electric but you have to buy an amp too and it adds up. You can always buy that 800.00 guitar when you are a pro and jimi hendrix could make that walmart guitar sound like the harp of an angel.

Are those pony rims new? They look perfect! Bump for a good deal.

nice price, At a point in my life I would have bought one of these I got engaged instead. I am tempted- but I am going to stick with four wheels. Thanks for posting!

I passed but not by a lot! 82%. No wonder some of you have less troubles working on your cars than I do.... I should have my dad take that- I am sure he would likely do better as he is a degreed engineer. I would agree a lot of the questions require assumptions and I felt some were plain wrong but I think it is more of an instinct test rather than a physics test. It would probably be better if you would be required to answer in less than 5 seconds. Thanks for posting that!

Hey to all the guitar players, Used to play around a bit in HS/College- no formal lessons- what do you all use for tab/lessons online? Thanks! Andrew

Keep it stock and put an electronic cutout (cutouts if duals) in there after the cats. Sounds sweet, emissions legal, and not too loud. And you go back to factory quiet at the flip of a switch when you get sick of the noise (and you will if you drive the car daily) I did this on my firebird, if my mustang had cats I would have, and will do it on my next car the vette.

It depends if it is a 5 spd or auto. But since you have been around this car your whole life it is virtually a single owner car that you know has not been abused. Quite rare for a fox body- you probably don't even need to check the torque boxes. Assuming it has been garaged and there isn't a lot of rust on the edges of the hatch and below the doors, being low miles and desireable black it is worth around 3750-4500 as a manual and 3000-3500 as an auto. Whaddya think Stimmel? HTH, Andrew

awesome posts guys! Exactly what I needed... Thanks!

98,000 or 198,000? Ditton on what Andy said and we can help out.

Anyone have any tips on buying a used cherokee? I like the toyotas too but they are a bit pricey! I assume 98-2000 are the best years? Def geting the 4.0 inline six with an automatic. So far I have heard: waterpump cracked exhaust manifolds cracked intake manifold Any areas that are tell-tale of an abused car like torque boxes/a-pillars on 5.0 mustangs? Rust prone areas? Is a sub 100K car really worth that much more than a 105K car? Just curious to tips from previous owners to know if I am looking at a jewel or a nightmare. I found a guy that specializes in used jeeps and am going to check his place out this weekend.

Very good point- with the same logic- Who can use anything beyond 300-400 whp in low gears on the street without AWD or drag radials? Who can really drive beyond the limits of a base C5 let alone a z06? How many cars in a given car population can run faster than a stock fox body mustang or LT1 F-body? Now how many of those are likely to race you? Logic doesn't sell performance cars/modifications.

speaking of which, Graham rahal's 06 or 07 ZO6 is for sale at Byers in Dublin. Been lowered, exhaust, dunno what else supposedly 550 hp I think they are willing to work with a buyer as it is modified which kills dealership sales.

I thought that may have been local but its Dublin, CA not Dublin, OH. http://www.crowndublin.com/ou/dublin-auto/ He was def over 3500 rpm or WOT when that happened as there is no mud in the dual mode exhaust outlets with the butterflies.... or interesting coincidence.
