  3. some is proably off the surface of the bearings there is a coating. not a brake in coating but it does wear on breakin. then there is always som machin shop metel from bore and hone. no matter how good u clean the block u did clean the block ?
  4. Hey guys im getting tired of leaving my 355 sit. its killin me but im going to sell it. Motor has went 9.93 at 134 and 11.02 with a 1.78 60 ft and 123mph so its making good power. Its at a 9" dh. 12.4:1 with 64cc heads. This is the short block dosent include my AFRs sorry. Forged crank rods and trw forged pistons. I just paid 1500 last season to freshen it up i ran about 5 passes on it then set the truck up with the turbo motor. I want to build a new motor for the camaro. im thinking another 357 and a 106mm charger still on carb and e85 but with intercooler. so if anyone wants a damn strong short block. 1000. firm. unless trading something i need. A little more and ill toss in the NOs Roller or the bullett roller.

  7. kilkare thursday. but im making a new bracket for the mastercyl. wont be done in time. i could always make a 5lb pass if it sucks i could go back to 9 and try to pull out evan more timing i guess. i just saw u are on e85 too. thats awsome.
  8. on 9 lbs its running 6.00 at 114-116. i wonder if 5lb spring would be in compressor surge? its a t88 i bet it would run right at 6.50s though

  10. man id like to take the s10. if its a 6.50 index u have to run at 6.50 but not faster. are all brackets heads up. im trying to figure out if i could slow it down to a 6.50
  11. hey guys more parts i have the larger bullett cam i have part number 501000 ran in my 355 works ok with spray too. 11.03 on motor at 123 with a 355 at 3165lbs in a truck thats not bad. would be better for a larger motor 400+ 276/284 durr at .050 .645/.645 lift 102 intake center 106 lobe seperation rpm 4500/8500 new from bullett was 300 ill sell for 200. solid rollers last forever so long as good springs are used and good rollers. this one worked great but was too large for my 355. if i had lighter parts and more compression it would have been great.
  12. hey guys with gen 1 chevys i have a crane cams part#118921 it was in my 355 on spray running 9.93 at 134 with a 225 shot. im shure a larger motor would be faster. Made for large manifold systems 250plus but 225 worked great specs .630/.630 lift 264/272 dur 4000-8000rpm range i shifted it at 7800 its in excelent shape at jegs new was 335.99 im looking to sell it for 250.00 roller cams last forever and this one is like new was ran in my motor about 10 passes. then redid the motor went to bullett cam that was a little smaller.

HEy guys im selling my intercooler i bought for the s10 but never used. its 26" end tank to end tank 10.5" tall and 3.5" thick was rated to 900 hp to go along with the t72 setup i had planned but i decided bigger was better so i went with the t88. intercooler is brand new and never installed. 2.5" in out v band for bov on tank. Im selling for 300. firm. if i dont sell it im plannin on a t72 setup for the camaro later down the road i know it fits already.

    its been a while since i measured it. 26" end tank to end tank and 10.5" tall core very nice just too small for my 3.5" piping and t88. i was going to use it for a t72. both had 900 hp rating.

    I have a great intercooler. 2.5" in out 32x12x3.5 made for up to 900 hp. ive exceeded that with the t88 so i never used the intercooler its brand new never used. id sell it for 300. paid 1000 for it.
  17. I have a spare Msd digital 6 and hvc coil for the s10. I was going to use them in the camaro but its a long way from needing them. they are used but not a long time. about 20 passes then switched combos. Box is 295 new at jegs and coil is 120. id sell both for 320. 100 off of new. both look new still and are in great shape. in case u dont know digital 6 has build in start retard, up to 9.9deg retard for spray, built in 2 step and built in rev limiter. all adj.
  18. its 72 and older nostalgia drags. I wana get the brakes done and a few other fixes before i plan on going out again. will be tryin some carb work to get the timing back in the motor
  19. yea E85 is a huge waste nobody needs it. give it all to me so i can keep my street car running 8s. lol. still cheaper than race gas.

Hey guys im looking to sell the spohn tqarm tranny mount i have its for a th 400 or with a diffrent spacer t 56. fits 9" moser 12 bolt or 7.5 stock rears. also has added driveshaft loop powdercoated red. 415.52 new wo shipping. ill sell for 325.oo also have their fully adjustable panhard rod sperical rod ends both sides. 139 new wo shipping. ill sell for 100.oo both have ben bolted on but never drove on. or both for 400.oo

Glad you guys had a good weekend. good driving the black car. i didnt know u were driving till i read it. that thing is already 60 ftn good. it used to only run 9s on spray. like 9.90s but mostly 10.00 its deff better with the e85 and turbo setup. ill proably never build another big cam nos motor
  25. it has stock front disk and wilwood vended drag brake kit in the rear.
