Probably mating season or something. Dunno if male crickets fight, but I do know their rear legs can just fall off. So if one jumps up in the air and tries to do a Chuck Norris spin kick, his leg could go flying across the room. It'd suck if it bounced back at him, imagine getting KO'd by your own detached leg after a spin kick went wrong.

Well, the floorpan is gone to such a degree that Flintstone stops are entirely possible. None of the frame rails rusted, just the metal for the pan itself, which seems odd to me. It just left the rails hanging, it rusted to the welds then no farther! There's just no way to get all the way to Johnstown without getting onto high speed roads, anything faster than about 35mph and rocks and dirt start hitting your legs.

My brothers car has a rusty floorpan, needs cut out and a new piece welded in. Anyone know of someplace or someone in the Southwest/Grove City area that'll do a decent, but cheap job of it? Car isn't really safe to drive more than 5 miles or so as it is, so although tinman was my first thought, his location kinda rules him out.

Is the "guaranteed parking" written into your lease? Does the landlord own the other building? I'd get on the landlord, hound him day and night to protect your access to and from the space you are paying for. If he isn't helping, he's probably in violation of the terms of the lease then, and you can get your rent placed into escrow until he complies with the terms of the contract. Getting landlords money taken away from them tends to focus their attention, especially if the city/county/state gets involved.

He'll be doing a better deal if he gets financing through his bank, and then gets the car from someplace other than Ricart. Make sure he gets a Carfax HIMSELF, do not trust one that the dealer "had done". A trusted mechanic's inspection is a good idea too, Ricart sells a lot of cars with unreported crash damage.

Anyone traveling on 270 down by the Southwest side, keep an eye on the overpasses. Some little shitfucker has been throwing rocks from both the Hall Rd. overpass and the railroad tracks just north of there as well. This is between Broad and Georgesville road. I've got a nice big hole in my windshield thanks to this malformed product of a dieseased cunt. I gave the CPD a report, and they say they've had a lot of cars hit there lately. BTW isn't it great that somebody can try to kill you and it takes the police 45 minutes to come out for the report?

Hit the library for a comics price guide first. They just have yearly's, but the prices are generally pretty accurate. Figure about 33-50% of book value for popular titles, X-men/Spider-man/ and the like. +1 Laughing Ogre, great place and very knowledgable staffers.

The only Raz I knew of was the one on Refugee east of Hamilton, but it's shut now. I didn't know about any other Little Ceasar, other than the one in the R-burg K-mart. The only Burger Chef I ate at was on Main, just a little west of where Wirthman's junkyard is, there's a oil change place there now. I remember sitting in there when the last train to run down the tracks that went across Main right there went by. Big old black painted steam loco, very impressionable for a 3 year old!

Hmm, with some webbing, you could have an M79 on the cheap! Insert grenade, pull the pin, and let it fly ASAP. Test it with smokes BEFORE you try frags, though.

Burger Chef, Rax, Little Ceasar's Pizza, and A&W Restaurants? Are there any of them still out there? There was a Rax near Eastland, but it's gone now, and somebody told me of a Little Ceasar's in Chillicothe, but what about Burger Chef? Or any of the old fast-food restaurants that McGarbage killed?

NHRA - firejacket required for a non-factory turbo/sc/nitrous?
GonneVille replied to Buck531's topic in Passing Lane
I whole-heartedly concur with firejackets for sprayed cars. Most of the NO2 systems I see at the track are shitboxed together by morons. Not saying "all", just "most". The laptop I also understand, but they should be allowed for time trials, and the PDA thing is F-ing BULLSH*T!! Anyone with a PowerPDA for their diesel is sh*t-canned from racing, automatically!! The rest of it is pretty sh*tty, too, especially when I see cars at test-and-tunes that shouldn't be allowed on the road, much less on a track. Last time I was at the Trails, they let in an S-10 with the bottom of the B-pillar/door frame completely rusted away. You could stick your entire arm in the F-ing hole! Now, that's the crap they need to crack down on. -
You ain't seen nothin'.....feed that child some Fruity Pebbles cereal. Bright screaming glow-in-the-dark neon green.......

Now why the hell don't these ignorant bitches use the speaker-phone? Oh right, because they killed the speaker last week at the movies!

PEMs with mods that extensive is a bad idea. Even ported, the front manifold just doesn't have the inner diameter to flow those mods, and there's no way to change that. Even the ZZP power-log PEMs are only a stop-gap. They'll pop a piston unless you're VERY careful. Tell them to save their pennies and get the headers, they'll save money in the long run. You should check out http://www.GOClubGP.com. They can help you figure any angles you might miss. BTW, don't forget that you'll need to go down to a 165* T-stat to run those mods as well.

Dang. I've got one already, been looking for a partner for it. They are a pretty nice CC gun.

Not a good idea, what if she actually does show up? Then you've helped an enemy get some head.

My Dad had it done. No problems, it was covered through his insurance 100%. He does still need reading glasses, because they couldn't remove enough material to get his eyes to 100%, so they figured slight bluriness within 2 feet is better than nothing. The only real problem he had was after the surgery. They bandage your eyes pretty thoroughly, because of the increased sensitivity to light, so he couldn't drive home. So the bratty child he bummed a ride home with took a great deal of delight in screaming "Oh my God!!!!" and spiking the brakes at every stoplight. Heh heh heh.....

Franklin County made a huge stolen goods bust yesterday. I'm not sure of the address, but the thieves were living in those apartments just north of the tracks on Norton rd. Apparently there was a lot of car stereo stuff recovered, you may want to call the recovery people and see if some of it is yours.

Is that Colt 380 on the 1911 or the 1908 frame? Actually, could you just send a pic to dsmdalton@yahoo.com ?

You know the most surprising thing about that video? The female voice saying, "He's on fire!" I just can't believe anything with a vagina would want to be within a quarter mile of that much loserosity.
-
Yes, they do.

Doesn't look much like the Batmobile other than the fenders. +1 for trying, -several billion for half-assing it.
-
Yeah, flat-towing it. It looked to be chains or something wrapped around the radiator support of the T-bird, and connected to the underside of the Tercel somewhere, probably attached to the rear suspension.

You have to go to the BMV first, and get the application and all that filled out, then they give you the paperwork and tell you where to go get it inspected. The central Ohio one is down off of 665 south of Grove City.

Wait what?!?! Since when does Steve Saleen have anything to do with CHEVY?
