  1. I’ll keep an eye on the steadily devolving social situation...with C&C being outdoors and people taking abundance of caution, I feel it’s safe to people that want to attend. Gonna miss B&B, but I respect your stance <3
  2. DeWine just announced closure of bars/restaurants at 9pm tonight. Delivery, carry out still OK.
  3. https://jalopnik.com/how-to-pretend-youre-working-from-home-when-youre-reall-1842317467 Because the struggle is real. LOL @ Trump for a string of the worst press conferences and ill-timed/messaged tweets ever. I thought we were only going to see 15 cases? Didn't Kellyanne Conway say that we had this under control a week or so ago?
  4. Wish that i knew Trump was going to blow Roche Pharma (RHHBY) in public this afternoon on his Coronavirus speech...stock was up over 10%. Insider trading???
  5. Just cancelled our Spring Break trip to Colorado next week. I'm not flying through Denver if I don't have to, and neither is my famiry. #ThatRona
  6. I am fully aware that Corona virus hits hardest to the elderly and those with a weakened immune system or chronic health condition....but seeing some of the effects on peoples' lungs gives me pause on thinking this won't affect many more of us out there. Maybe people exposed to it will undoubtedly survive, but what about long-term effects on lung capacity? https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/coronavirus-x-rays-show-terrifying-21672219 (Yes, I realize it's a Mirror article...source taken with grain of salt) Still washing hands as always....but seriously considering canceling family spring break to Colorado next week.
  7. Dude, WTF? Were they legit working on a downtown construction site at 2am???
  8. I rebuilt the entire PCV system on my 2005 Volvo S60 2.5T, including an upgraded Compressor Bypass Valve on the turbo through IPD. It's got a couple of other bolt-ons, and I'm not sure if there's a good local tuner for the factory Volvo ECU? Curious for recommendations, before I call Dyno Brian. Thanks!
  9. Props to Panduh for his FB comment, and heard about the news on NPR this morning....as a weather buff, some crazy videos coming out on the tornadic storm that hit the Nashville area overnight. Check out this guy's Twitter feed:
  10. LOL...this would be a perfect sticker for one of the windows. Also, perfect description on the "Dark but SOGO"...I love it too. Really deep, dark color base with ridic flake are what's up. Take your time on this build to get it right, based on your plans and budget...no need to rush anything. This thing is going to be a stunner when it's done.
  11. You cannot go wrong with Short North...I was with a bunch of folks at Hoof Hearted on Saturday. The food was really good and unique and you can't go wrong with their beers. The only problem is they frequently run out of their own supply and I imagine it's going to be busy. If they want to avoid downtown, take an Uber to Grandview Ave: The Avenue, Spagio, Balboa for tacos/drinks, Grandview Cafe for beers...great walkable options.
  12. That 2017 RUF CTR just does it for me. Looks, performance...it's all good.
  13. I love the color. Can't wait to see it in person.
  14. It was a cheap Reebok athletic jacket, and MiL just got patches online and iron-on letters for the back. I had to tell him to not wear it today back to school. I foresee him wearing it out.
  15. Update: THANKS for all of you that offered help. I ended up overestimating how much stuff he needed, really just a costume and a few visuals (he already had some HotWheels, that was all that he needed.) I had a Kress Cobra hat from 20 years ago and my MiL killed it with making a Shelby American jacket. KIDS THESE DAYS and their fancy iPad presentations at school! Perfect likeness of Carroll Shelby. Like looking at a photograph. In a sea of Hamilton’s, Einsteins, and sports figures...we needed a true American hero and my son delivered He loved doing it. Thanks again, CR!
  16. My son is waaaay into Forza and Horizon Chase Turbo...this game seems right up his alley. I also love the modern play wrapped around the Starfox-era polygon design, with a Daytona USA or OutRun homage. Interested in checking this out when it comes out!

The winter that apparently came last night. High of 55* on Sunday.
  18. Be USA: pandemic? Stock up on ammo. Lead in drinking water? Stock up on ammo. Stock market crash? Stock up on ammo.

  20. Thanks, Rick! I stopped thinking about the prancing moose because: 1) They are pretty played out, IMO 2) I'll ask Joel again, but I think even he didn't want them on "his" car. Thanks, bud. Yes, I'll be happy when I sell the CTS-V only because I hardly ever drive it and I really am having a blast with lightly modding these cheaper cars. It helps that my son is really into the car scene these days and he's 8.5years old. Even my '79 Lincoln at $2k purchase price puts a smile on my face. If there's any wish I had, it's to do more YouTube videos with my kids showcasing the builds, but I've been really busy and not had enough time...bouncing outside to do some wrenching with little notice because I have an hour-hour/half time frame and the weather works out...
  21. Painted and installed bigger wheels and tires on the Volvo. Installed even bigger wire wheels and tires on the Lincoln 15x7 reverse offset wire wheels...too much poke over standard offset, methinks.
  22. Big thanks to Sean @ Northend for helping me with the wheels! The old tires were so stretched and hard (like when I’m with your mom), that Wheel Medic had to remove them. Sean mounted and balanced the 255 Continentals on the 19” wheels. TIME FOR PAINT... Especially considering these are $100 wheels, with free tires, I am really happy with the outcome. The Krylon gold looks surprisingly awesome will be interested in how 3 coats of paint hold up. Drove it last night on Bethel/Henderson Road area and it never rubbed or bottomed out. Going to need to lower the rear a bit but the fitment turned out great! No.
  23. And an ML63 with a bad motor that could be had for even cheaper.
