  1. Some stores had Christmas out in September.
  2. I have GOT to hand it to Iowa and Vandenberg. They played incredibly.
  3. Kicker better get his act IN GEAR.
  4. Yea, that was defense. In a big way.
  5. That's okay, I'll bet she's freaky mad.
  6. Can't effin' believe they just allowed that.
  7. Would someone like to thump that defense again?
  8. Yep. Defense needed a thumping, they got it via an Iowa TD, and now it's game on again. Speaking of thumping... wish they'd show dude's mom again.
  9. Fuck the run game, did you see Vandenberg's mom?
  10. I thought you were going to post a picture of your super mud Expedition, faggot.
  11. They're pretty rockin. Your question has been answered many times at http://www.trailvoy.com
  12. Only two things come from Kalifornia, communists and queers - I'll bet your thing sees the mud and dirt often.
  13. Dummy, I didn't want more tire. What I got is *exactly* what I wanted for the reasons I pointed out - this is my commuter and I wanted severe service rated. This size fits perfectly in the wheel well, doesn't stick out farther than the fender flares, and the tires are nearly as quiet as the HT'ish ones I took off. What is stupid as fuck is posers with Expedition's that have a ton of AT or MT tire and never go off road - or that would get walked by a Trailblazer with Goodyear's. I regularly got 22+ mpg, not bad in my opinion. I dunno what I'll get now, haven't driven it enough to average yet. I'm assuming it'll get down to the 18'ish range. Having a TBSS is another story, it's a purpose built street performance truck. I would lower one of those before I lifted it, that is unless it came with real 4WD and not AWD. If it were 4WD... again would be another story. But in the end I would probably keep it stock height, I like driving over things.
  14. Are you trying to save them? Buy a new set. What are they, $14?
  15. I pried the edges that go against the rotor with a mini-pick just enough to get a thin-blade pry in, then worked the edges around the outside until they popped off.
  16. I've had sized rings on the Grand Prix. Stop being a wuss.
  17. FWIW I have ETC in my Trailblazer, on the freeway if you try and brake + WOT you will stop. It will override the pedal input.
  18. You know, I've read on forums for years about high mileage engines switched to synthetic potentially having leaking/burning/etc. issues and I just don't believe it's a normal occurrence. Here's my experience: 1988 Mustang 5.0 switched at 155k. 1998 Grand Prix GTP switched at 98k. 1996 Explorer 4.0l switched at 132k. 1999 F250 5.4l switched at 109k. 2004 Saturn Ion 2.2l switched at 64k. 2002 Trailblazer 4.2l switched at 54k. None of these vehicles burned/used more oil after the switch, nor did any "new" leaks happen. In addition to these I've overseen several other vehicles over 100k switch to synthetic with the same results. I'm not saying that negative results don't happen, but I believe negative results to be the outlier and not the rule.
  19. and I LOL'd Dude Clay, put your man pants on. They're hubcentric rings.
  20. A school without sports, arts, competition, meaningful social engagement, and extra curricular activities is called prison. You're aware at how successful those are at teaching.
  21. I agree and thought those were ridiculous. There were far larger points of contention with this issue that could have been more successfully debated, but many of them appeal only to educated people or people willing to learn and pay close attention. Unfortunately, as any politician (or PR person) knows - you don't have to convince the educated, you have to convince the majority. In this case, the religious right took aim with morality and social issues and failed. When you're broke and jobless, the average ape could give a fuck about family values.
