I have ppl always asking me about free photo editing software. I agree with the photoshop software, its just worth it. However, I am not sold on lightroom. If you are going to buy software make sure you do your research. I almost got lightroom because my dad had it and it was more expensive than elements so I assumed it must be better. However lightroom is more geared towards a different kind of user than elements. Even so, elements has some things lightroom does not. Don't waste your time with free photo software. Even if the software is 'just as good' just from a support standpoint, these programs have magazines, youtube videos, webiste, etc on how to do things. on the truck photo, I might try it at F18 that will give the lights a nice starburst effect.

Be careful, foam can be deadly. Specially in a dance club setting

Its just green cloth from Jo-ann. Had the GF sew it together on her machine for me.

Get photoshop elements 10. Should be easy to find for $80 or less. Its what I use.

Yeah I thought green was bold but now I have a backdrop I have no use for. Think I am going to end up buying a white backdrop with the crossbar and everything. I know about the lights. But still pretty happy with the outcome.

Another family friend of mine asked me to shoot some portraits of their baby boy. Just turned 1. I tried something bold and wen out and bought a green background. I think it worked well. First time shooting with the flash remotely and an umbrella. C&C welcome. 1 http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/Lucas1yr8.jpg 2 http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/Lucas1yr1.jpg 3 http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/Lucas1yr1onlyblue10-x13.jpg

You can almost always get a coupon for $40 off $100 at advance auto. I have an advance auto literally a few hundred feet from my house. Its convenient to build a rapport with them. I can return a part and even if sometimes it doesn't fit the warranty guidelines they do what it takes to take care of me.

Ran into cbus this weekend last minute to see some friends. Took a quick stroll through campus. Amazing how much its changed since graduation. I miss it. Got a few twilight shots of the shoe with the wide angle. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/OhioStadium-Feb2012.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/OhioStadium1-Feb2012.jpg

HULU PLUS is a SHAM I had it for a month with the intention of getting rid of cable since I can get espn through the xbox. And all the stuff I saw on Hulu plus (on my computer) was pretty 'decent', most of what I watched. But then when I ran my xbox hulu app or my smart TV hulu app it didn't have crap. It has like musicals from 1970 no one ever watched. Called hulu and they said its because the 'broadcasting' rights to most of their shows was for 'computers' only. If you are running through the xbox or the TV they don't have the rights for that yet. So they have to go through and get the rights for everything, said it might take a few YEARS before its all the same No thanks.

What Camera are you getting? http://robertscamera.com/ Is local to Indy if you want to visit......

Does it have an Ionizer? That might be the issue.

Thats good to hear. Thats the main reason I am getting them. Even though I have pretty severe allergies I just deal with them. But the GF is moving-in in August and she has a Cat (which he is pretty cool) but I am deathly allergic to it. I am hoping if we get one for the bedroom and one for the living room I should be ok. Thanks for the endorsements i'll check them out. I'll PM you back tonight, have a few questions, thanks! I actually just finished my 3rd test with an allergenist (sp?) and i'm pretty much allergic to everything. I am a bit taken back by the results not sure how accurate the scratch test is. It is telling me I am allergic to everything even foods that I really have never had any problems with. The shots are $1000 a year which isn't covered by my insurance plus I have to pay $25 everytime I get a shot which is going to be every week. Plus the time it takes to go in and get them. I am not thrilled with the idea of the shot. Also being that my dad has LUPUS I am a little paranoid about immunotherapy. I don't have LUPUS but I don't want to do anything to stir the pot.

Do any of you guys have any personal experience with a True HEPA air purifier? I have been looking for one with a permanent filter (cleanable) non -ionizing With the internet being a great fountain of information and reviews it seems like I get going on a particular model and then find a slew of bad reviews a long with good ones. Has anyone on here had to get one of these? What model do you have? was it worth it? Did you notice any difference in your allergies?

This week I ended up going to Wilmington, NC for work snapped a few pics. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/DSC_3201wilmington-NC.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/DSC_3211wilmington-NC.jpg This is a restaurant on the beach that has a pier out over the ocean. It was 60 degrees so I couldn't resist eating outside on the water even though I was the only person out there, lol. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/DSC_3220Wilmington-NC.jpg Got to the super bowl village last night. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/DSC_3267.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c192/BertoBizkit/Fred%20Miranda%20Forum%20Entries/Berto%20Photography/Misc%20Photography/DSC_3268.jpg
