EMP, and it might interrupt the signal at worst. The aircraft will most likely keep flying, all military electronics are hardened to resist EMP. The on-board systems would continuously attempt to regain the control signal while steering the aircraft into a holding pattern, after a set number of attempts the drone will autonomously fly to, and land at, a pre-programmed airfield. There have been a few drones in Afghanistan that have had to do it already, usually problems with the control van causing signal loss.
