This is what I was thinking. No way they just give those guys back and wipe their hands of them. It would be naive to think otherwise.

Will it eventually stop or will it keep rolling until you stop it? At this point, it's probably either the parking pawl or the tooth is rests on is broke or worn. This generally happens from people who rely on the transmission's "Park" to hold the vehicle in place instead of supplementing it with the, wait for it, Parking Brake. There's a good chance there's nothing else wrong with the transmission. Be sure your parking brake is working properly and I would even consider carrying around a cheap wheel chock for those super hilly parking spots just to be safe. At least, that's my opinion at this time. Oh, or trade it for a Vibe w/a stick. ;-)

Pretty much what these guys said. Check your piping for oil deposits. Could be a leaky turbo but probably some valve stems or guides need replacing/adjusting. For the fender paint, do a few rolling burnouts with your old tires. This will deposit large amounts of protective rubber in the fender wells and edges. As good as spray on bedliner. Problem solved. :gabe:

Well, guess I'm glad I changed my mind at the last minute. And whether Sawmill may've not provided the greatest night meets of all time, it still provided a destination with car people and entertainment; some good, some bad. My thought is to use a single small/light skilled/consistent driver and then add weight to his/her kart in increments w/average times over so many laps. /

I'd love to have a formula that would give me approximate times if I weighed 50lbs less. At my size, I feel I have to be a perfect driver just to beat a 'normal' sized average driver. Having a weight handicap formula would better let me know how I'm doing in comparison to the average person.

It won't eat thru 'everything' but give it time. Doesn't happen overnight. Deal is, it won't matter until you've probably gotten rid of it.

I have been pulled over and pulled aside in a public area on wrongful accounts. It happens. Saying it doesn't is like saying all officers of the law are incapable of wrongdoing. That being said, most people who say they got pulled over for nothing probably got pulled over for something. Was that something you would've normally got pulled over for? Perhaps not, but that officer decided to be a "stickler" about it that day. Asshole? Maybe. Pulled you over nothing? Not necessarily.

Getting close to 100k in the RAV. Broke 90k a week or two ago. Gf even tried a a loop through the cul de sac trying to pull it in at exactly 90k. Neither of the other cars or going to reach anything interesting for a long time as they're both over 100k but still a ways till 150k. Eh, Vibe has 10k more. Oh, and lol@OP.

I wish I would've know about this. Bored most of the day. I wouldn't have cared whether I would've had to take the Vibe or not. It's all fun.
