  1. I know. I sold my parents home when my father died in 2014. That area began to change years ago. Richmond Hts too.
  2. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1979-lincoln-mark-v-5/
  3. Silly add-ons keep coming....picked up some nice all weather mats from Jeff Bezos. Nice quality soft rubber compound and near perfect fitment in the Jeep.
  4. The speakers in the doors don't work. Have yet to re-wire them as typical of many XJ's the wiring through the doors has cracked and needs done. Will do that when the full system is installed. Whatever speakers are in the rear are crap and believe me without these settings they'd be even worse sounding. Currently even with the base up it sounds like two 1987 clock radios back there. New system coming soon.
  5. No. Benedictine 84-88. My brothers went to Ignatius but one finished his last year at Brush. I lived 4 streets over though. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  6. Performance Auto Spa in Dublin has done me right on several cars. Ask for Tim or Kevin.
  7. Keep in mind even stock S4's and even my car when stock run 13 or better and weigh in at 4000lbs. Don't put much in calculators like that. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  8. Not surprising results. http://www.wsj.com/mdc/public/page/2_3022-autosales.html
  9. ^^ this. Looked at one back in 2015 prior to my Audi and the first thing my wife said was "that's an old-man's car" Granted I'm 49 but I'm not 59 so I had to concur. Did look sharp with aftermarket wheels, etc. and I drove a tuned one in Mt Vernon Area and it moved out well but still......looked like Gramps Car.

^^ this. I have a Versa too and like it for steps and fitness. Their interface both on a browser and phone is better than Samsung's. Tracks sleep way better too.

What are you looking to use it for most? I have the new Galaxy Watch and pair it with my Note 8. Best looking one thus far IMO. Had an original Gear S (rectangular one) for years until if finally wouldn't take a charge. The biggest complaint I have now is the stock keyboard sucks. At least on the original S I could type on it without issue. Voice dictation works well though. I have mine with it's one cell plan and use it often. Again, works great. Has encountered a few overheats though using it on longer calls. Bands are easy to swap off daily even if you wish to pair it with your outfit, etc. I use everthing from a black / gray sport band to the metal shown here to a leather one too. A minor complaint and typical Samsung bullshit is the software. When there's a glitch they rarely if ever address it. Pretty well known issue is it won't track floors if you're step counter. Never has and most out there have problems with it too. Here it is with the stock ring: I picked up a stainless one for like $10 off Amazon and like it better.
  12. So Tom here on CR knows a non-car guy who recent upgraded into a super nice mid-range Volvo. Interior wise, this thing is awesome and well worth a look-see if you're in the market for a nice SUV. He picked this one up new in March and heard about ceramic coatings and thought the car looked good but didn't have much punch in terms of gloss. After looking at the options available to him he decided to pull the trigger on: New Vehicle Preparation & Protection Package 3 Layer Ceramic Coat Protection - 2 Base coats and a 3rd Super Hydrophobic Gloss layer Wheel coating over the faces of these beauties Glass Coating all around Trim Coating Overall the car came out fantastic but mother nature in Ohio just won't for the life of me have the sun shine when I'm finally completed. Was a great day yesterday to do the work but as soon as I rolled into completion the clouds came over making it nearly impossible to see the Osmium Gray Metallic paint in it's best light. The color has a tri-color pearl metallic flake in it that really is nice. On to the pics: The 20" Wheels on this ride really set it off and make it appear bigger than it is. The overall vehicle in the XC60 is IMO between a mid size and larger size SUV to begin with. There wasn't much black plastic trim to coat so I added that in at No Charge. Wheels have two layers of coating on the faces which will really make keeping them clean a breeze. No more gray plastic grill area as it will stay dark and looking new for a while.
  13. Bought and installed another Pro-Clip USA mount. Love their stuff even if it's a bit pricey for what they offer. This time for the Jeep.

I know the situation is rough so continued prayers. I have to poke a little fun though thinking of an agitated Ant. as that's at least a good sign that things are moving forward even if it's agitation. The good news is that goes away so keep those two steps moving forward even if the third is a sideways grumpy one that falls back. Share with him that the crew here is pulling for him. If you guys need anything I think I can speak for all that we're here to help as many of us are close to OSU too. Sometimes even a few hours break for Tina, you and others is all that's needed.
  15. Yes but mine is the Red Sport 400 AWD Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  16. Are you going to track the car? If not, come drive mine. You'll be surprised how well it handles with AWD on even Touring tires. ZERO road noise is so nice and Michelin's are hard to beat. I won't likely ever stray from them again. I just got tired of the super harsh ride of high performance summer/all season tires on this car.
  17. The two brick homes....kinda cute/cool looking and then the vacant lot next to the one? My initial concern there is the crime in the area. Schools suck but people buying there will either not have kids or do private schools.
  18. Michelin Pilots all the way. Pricey bit they were awesome on my S4. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  19. I'm a bit older than you but remember going there as a kid. My dad never liked it as it was in an area that he knew was going to shit. LOL that we grew up so close to one another. We lived in Maple Hts until I was about 3-4 then moved to Lyndhurst. Glad at least Amazon is in there now. Totally makes sense given the size of the land area vacant and needing used. Most are not going to be rebuilt using smaller stores given they are in shitty areas of town like both these. Labor in these areas is likely dirt cheap too.
  20. Congrats!! Go big or go home right? Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  21. I know but my wife and daughter bought them for me a few weeks ago as a "gift" so what's a daddy to do....
  22. So CJ here referred me over a non-CR member with a new to him ST. This is a 2018 with about 3,400 miles worth of muck and some swirls on it. Here the owner and I agreed on my New Vehicle Prep & Protect Package. Good news is I was able to correct the paint to darn near 98% with just a light polish that also serves as a base-coat primer of SIO2 for the coating. Seeing the impact of wheel coating on my car first-hand convinced him that helping clean up brake dust with just standard soap and mild agitation when needed opted him in for that treatment too. Lastly, after seeing the trim coating in action on my wife's car he added that to the mix for near full protection for the next 1-2 years. Overall the car came out beautifully. IMO these are perhaps the best daily driver in a 6spd out there for a price range that is hard to beat. The tint and black accents really set this off well. Thanks to the Trim Coating, the plastics here are done and will not need to be dressed for a long while making washing and clean up a breeze. Here's a before and after example on the trim.....yes, even this much of a difference on a nearly brand new off the showroom car. (( Note the paint was not corrected or cleaned up in this photo )) Yes, even white can reflect and shine well. Time to clean up the gloss black pillars. These will be part of the clear bra installation that is happening next.
  23. Because it was a sunny day yesterday. One would think all that rain would clear the pollen out but it's back. Our pine trees will be raining down pollen in the coming week too. Buds on them are huge. Pic Whore Action of the Old-School side of me:
  24. I'll PM you details. Pun intended.
  25. I agree with Brian here. K.I.S.S Spray it until it's dead. Likely 2 applications 1 week apart then mulch it. I would edge it but I have a touch of OCD. Down the road you can till it and mix in some good stuff for making a planting bed out of it.
