She's a medical equipment rep. Makes great money. She is divorced and actually pays her ex child support. Pretty funny actually.

pics of my kids? sick bastard. i'll look for pics of my gf.

I have 50/50. Considering my career, that's epic. And I spend all that time with my kids, we do some pretty awesome activities/experiences. I pay no alimony :fuckyeah: But have to pay quite a bit of child support. Most would be appalled by the level of support I have to give her, but honestly, I'm better off financially with her gone. It's hilarious. I kept the house and have all my toys, and a hot ass gf.

I see where you're coming from. You make some valid points, but you're wrong in this case. I hate the anti-gluten bullshit, and would agree some things are taken overboard Don't know anyone who's ever hit someone with their car in a tragic accident? Consider yourself lucky. A very good friend hit and killed a child that ran out in front of his car 15 years ago. He was going the speed limit, and just couldn't stop. Although cleared of any wrongdoing, this has absolutely haunted him everyday. Would a slower speed limit or speed bumps prevented this? Maybe. Who knows. While some things (all the ninnies you speak of--blind spot assist, lane avoidance, speed sensitive cruise, etc) seem unnecessary, others have undeniably made a difference in safety---pedestrian impact bumper technology, crumple zones in cars, multiple airbags, etc. Speed bumps slow cars down, and make people get their eyes on the road. Did you worry about people talking or texting on their phone when you were a child playing in the street in the '80's and '90's? I didn't, and neither did my parents. You bet your ass I worry about that now--and either you don't have kids, or are not thinking clearly. At one point or another, I've been guilty of texting, talking, and checking emails while driving. I try as much as I can to avoid it---every teen driving these days is on their phone. Take a close look next time you're out. Sure, it's against the law, so is speeding. You can still buy the good fireworks, I live 5 minutes from a store that sells legit m80's. Although it's called a party fountain, there's no fountain. Just an explosion that can take out a mailbox.

Social media has made cheating easier than you could possibly imagine. Facebook an old friend from high school and before you know it, you're meeting up for lunch, etc etc. tinder, match.com, etc. plenty of the men and women on these sites are married. Don't know if my ex was ever on Ashley Madison. Wisconsin is a no-fault state. Anyone can cheat for any reason and it has little impact on MUCH of the outcome of a divorce. It does, however, cloud ones thinking heavily during a divorce. I have zero respect for people who put their selfish needs before their family, when children are involved. Period.

I would have made the same comment when I was 18-24 years old. Nobody likes invisible speed bumps. But nobody likes dead children either. When someone says "I was going 25 mph (10 over), and this 2' high speed bump came out of nowhere", I interpret it as he was likely going 35mph, and not really paying attention. I have the benefit of living in a neighborhood with only 10 houses. There's minimal traffic, and everyone goes slow. I feel safe when my kids go barreling down the driveway on a big wheel. If I lived in a traditional neighborhood where every idiot cut through, then yes, I would want a damn invisible barricade to smash the car of everyone cutting through. I realize that seems unreasonable

I daily my raptor when I have my kids---it's great. Tons of room for them, ford did a hell of a job with this truck in terms of fit and finish, ergonomics, and drive ability. But when it's just me, I enjoy one of my faster cars--makes a much better daily, better gas mileage, etc etc. I don't think I would be happy if this was my only car. And 70 mile commute in a truck will just eat gas like crazy. If you NEED a truck, or have a short commute, that's one thing.
-
Well, thankfully they will probably be going 10-15 mph at most, and slide to a stop in 50'.
-
thank god they don't make hot coffee at mcdonald's anymore. fucking lawyers.
-
hey dude, now you know not to go 10 miles per hour over the limit in a location with a 15mph speed limit. shouldn't have been texting on your phone bro. we pay sweet taxes on our mansions not to have riff-raff drag racing on them. :lolguy: yeah, that would be irritating. i try to hit shit like that full speed in my truck to see what happens

that's like saying she's the least diseased ex-stripper, whore, on the street corner.

I love how page 129 exists.......but it doesn't. Is "imstock" posting from jail?

someone find the part of this thread where he had a "claimed" victory on paper, against a stage I UGR car---apparently one of his buddies conceded a victory to him. who the fuck does that?

Okay to use Blue Masking tape when transporting car?

+1 I stopped giving a shit about tiny road chips when my daughter rammed my newly purchased ctsv with a Barbie mustang power wheels. I drive my cars in the snow, rain, drought, squall, whatever. I don't keep them long enough for them to rust, and realize the difference between a 40k Mille and 60k mile used car is minimal. Everyone has their own philosophy with owning cars. I was once the guy who washed his cobra every week. -
race from columbus to kalifornia? you win!!

I need a good camera that's easy to use, without all the extra gear, lenses, etc. don't tell me to use my iPhone. I hate my iPhone's pics. Mainly for taking pics on vacation of the kids. Does this camera fit the bill?

Impressive work. I like following your projects. I wish I had the time/skill/patience for stuff like this

thanks. obviously, i'm worried about wrecking a car like the vette, but i never drive it much, so this would be a good excuse to do so. i live about 25 min from road america. i end up going to 1-2 of the major events there per summer to watch. its an absolute blast. last weekend i went to a random shop's dyno day---there aren't many shops around here. it turns out, they prep road cars for several teams on road america. they had a couple high hp focus st's, and multiple gutted/caged/etc e36 style bimmers. it was impressive, and the shop owner was very cool. got me interested in road racing

i've always wanted one of these
-
of course there are better options. i could show up to the track in a GT3 if i wanted---look like a big douche poser, and then wreck it into the wall. i will probably look like a douche regardless, just rather not show up with a sweet car, and then suck ass. i'd rather buy a used version of a high production car, where parts/support are readily available. a car that will be a decent intro to the sport. if i like it, i can upgrade. if i don't like it, i have a car that is not crazy expensive, and has good gas mileage, etc. if i wreck it into the wall after 5 minutes on the track---well, i won't be heartbroken
-
i've put this car on my radar, as i live near a road course and would love to get a good car to introduce myself to road racing

elbows too pointy. 6/10 at best!!!

They do good work. My z was modded there and I was happy with the results, and overall job that was done, etc etc
