  1. I appreciate the leads, I've passed them all along to her. Thanks again guys.
  2. My wife has been tasked by her boss to find someone to replace lights (bulbs) in their parking lot. There are a couple around 50ft and one that is shorter, so a bucket truck or a lift will be required. If anyone does this sort of thing or has a recommendation I would appreciate it. Thanks.
  3. What is your recharging setup? Just a plug and cord, or do yours have a wall mount or cradle?
  4. Tolles out in Plain City does adult education welding courses as well. Cost is about $300 for the course and it's a bargain because you'll probably burn up that much in materials in the class. There is a new instructor, I'm not sure exactly how the class runs now, but it used to be you worked on what you wanted to. Some folks worked on learning stick welding, some mig. I want to take the class again and spend my time on learning tig.
  5. Is that picture with the key on? I notice the battery gauge is reading nothing.
  6. My brother in law started playing when he saw it on my phone. We have room for another newb? dcurran4740
  7. Hit up a thrift store and buy an old bed frame for $5 or $10. It isn't the most heavy duty, but for the price you can double up the supports.
  8. Quick question guys. When I see clan members requesting troops, specifically when they are asking for junk, or anything, I am assuming they still don't want my low level stuff. I'm more than happy to donate, I just assume nobody wants the crap level 2 or 3 I have. Should I start donating when people are asking for junk or other non specific units?
  9. Yeah, I was thinking I originally read this about 15 years ago. I still think it's funny as shit though. Thanks for the laugh.
  10. Do you have any idea what scale you're looking for? I MIGHT have some HO scale stuff laying around. My brother in law has a BUNCH of N scale stuff and might be will to let some of it go. Other than that, hit up yard sales and you can probably grab Lionel stuff.
  11. Leaving in a few. See you guys there.
  12. Another good source of information is the facebook page "Low and Slow BBQ". There are constantly people posting about their food and their smokers/pits.
  13. I think I have my War base set up okay. I notice their weakest player is considerably stronger than I am. Am I better off attacking him even if I loose? Or should I just weather the storm and not attack at all?
  14. I'd be interested in a Pacemakers track day.
  15. This thread is motivating me to get my smoker project done. Time to break out the welder and get busy.
  16. I agree, add a few bucks on top of the cost of the tickets to give yourself a little breathing room.
  17. I've lost both parents, and I can't even imagine what you are going through. I cannot describe how sorry I am for your loss.
  18. I can't help on the springs, but for the SS Impala I did shocks and sway-bars when I first bought the car. That with new tires made an incredible difference in the handling. The new sway-bars are HUGE solid bars, and body roll was reduced significantly. I can corner hard enough now that I have trouble staying in the seat. I'm curious what you think of the new springs since that was one of the next purchases for the Impala. Good to know there is another home brewer here on the board. Oh, and I'm a home brewer too.
  19. Damn! Today is my last day of summer break. That would have been a great way to kill part of it. Maybe next time.
  20. Let us know what they have to say. I'm hoping this turns out to be the honest mistake you were talking about.
  21. I'm not ruling it out just yet, but getting the car out there is a little bit of a pricey proposition. If the rain forecast holds I will not be bringing mine out.
