  1. Issue was not the rear end itself, just some play in the axles. I had a tough trip home and finally got the car here. Pretty disgusted I missed all the track days this weekend. It needs a lot of stuff addressed yet, but hope to be out soon.
  2. Apparently there is an issue with the rear end. I won't make the track day.....
  3. Well unfortunately I won't make it. :-(
  4. Well if I grab an insurance card and leave my CCW's on with radials I would qualify. I would not have any issues meeting the fuel requirements as I have an 18 gallon tank and its not that horrible on gas when not in boost lol bottom line is im using the rental as a test day for the IFO the following, so I want to get that setup dialed in.
  5. "street" is all a matter of opinion. Mark Carlyles car may qualify for more "street" events than my car would. And we all know id smoke mark's slow vette! lol I would like to be in this event, but the ONLY thing I don't qualify for is the tire rule. Maybe I will bring my radials along, but im not sure how wild I am about that
  6. See IFO FIP class. no one runs gear bangers. So for the 3 morons that do, at least they have a little bit of an adv. Obviously my car would never outrun an equal auto car. Ull also notice true street classes are always autos.
  7. I will need to find one of youz guys in the morning to pay. Look for the red jelly bean
  8. I hope so. I am bringing my $50 since all the presale tickets for the track day were sold out. Hopefully I can make a pass on Saturday!
  9. Well ran out of fuel pump the 3 340lph aeromotives just couldn't do any more. Time to get it to the track.

  11. Realistically a ugr tt gallardo is the machine to have. Gtr is very meh imo. They can be stupid fast though C7z has a lot of promise! But c6z is an older gen. I'd steer away unless you plan to build something serious. I would not but a c7 with direct injection if u want something crazy fast. If you want a ttg, look at one used. They are surprisingly fairly avaliable. They even list some on ugrs site
  12. This^ It was a bastard from the start. Toyota "styling" LOL and a Subaru powerplant that cant handle shit for power to begin with LOLx2 if you gave me one, the first thing id do is rip the drivetrain out of it.
  13. Drag pack now has good rubber!
  14. Lol at a horse going hard as a ************ I can say that my 1/2 ton avalanche does not like the 6k lbs of load it has on it and its all strapped down neatly and securely. I can imagine having your load shift would make it quite a bit more interesting. IE trailer sway is a whole lot more dangerous with living objects that can move around.
  15. I am going to say you need a full size truck for that load. Horse and trailer would undoubtedly be over 3000lbs, which is not going to pull well on a midsize SUV. Possible, yes, smart for more than "once a year" towing? I would not recommend it. I would recommend a full size truck/ framed SUV with a V8. We used to pull a 3000lb boat with our little S10 blazer (4.3 vortec), and it was sketchy and underpowered to drag up hills. Also it was a handful to stop.
  16. Trying out some new prototype Angry Aero Shutters: And got the parachute packed up and ready to rock:
  17. Sneak preview of the new 2014 setup
  18. Yes that is correct. It also exempts you from E-check as well if you are in a county that requires it. Other benefits as you mentioned are you are only required to run 1 plate, and you have less strict exhaust requirements. Also there are no mileage restrictions with these plates
  19. Fresh rubber for this year. MT ET Drag 10.5S and M&H front runners
  20. Id like to get there for sure! all depends on if the work is done in time. Shes currently in shambles lol.
