  15. go talk to TSgt Callahan over on Sawmill rd. he's a USAF Reserve recruiter, but they have ARMY, AF, Marines, Navy all there in the same building. Callahan is a good guy who is ex active army.
  16. that sounds interesting. the chamber is more than likely not the issue at all. gotta look at the action bars, shell latches, breech bolt, locking block, etc. the bars/latches can often be bent, and the bolt/block often have imperfections that cause problems. It's a VERY simple gun, it's just knowing what usually causes problems.
  17. agreed on that. I've had one since I was little(passed down from my dad) and we use them in the military. I can solve a lot of the issues pretty easily if there are any. We put a lot more rounds through them than almost any civilian without incident... most of the time lol. now the Beretta pistols on the other hand:rolleyes:
  18. that stuff happens all the time. main reason why i almost always arm up as a range official/instructor with the USAF. After you have an m4 pointed at you a couple times, you learn to be on your toes at all times and armed up incase someone decides they dont want to be sane anymore.
  19. Everyone, I thank you sooo much for this. I haven't been on here in a while and had no idea anything was arranged. Sitting inside for the service, and seeing/hearing all the bikes roll into the parking lot actually brought a smile to my face. I've known Garret for a good many years, and it really was awesome to see all of you show up, especially those that never even got to know him. I know that his dad was moved by it as well, he is quite the gearhead himself and eveyone's actions is much appreciated. Thanks again everyone, and Godspeed, G
