no he just wanted to see what they looked like. the car runs better than most cars made right now. he even said it's a good running car. etc before all of the spark plug stuff. he couldn't say enough good things about the car. It's not my car for one, two he's not removing engine parts to look at them for a $1300 car. three, the dude probably didn't have the money to even buy the damn thing. four, if the fucked it up is he willing to fix it. what if it broke off in the head etc? you'd be a fucking idiot to let someone do that. my uncle owns a mechanics shop and they don't do that to a used car for an inspection. you can't tell shit from one plug anyway so it's a waste of time and if you fuck it up, who's liable now? and that's why my uncle said you don't touch anything like that doing an inspection. if you do break it, you just bought it. because the courts will side with the car lot owners.

it's all cool to crack little joke etc but just think what would happen to a white guy if he said to a black person what he said to me. it would be all over the news, the shop would be shut down, he'd have fines to pay, etc etc.

never thought I'd say that but today I had a very crazy encounter with a very angry black guy I work at a friend of my uncles used car lot for some extra spending cash. well today this guy about 20 comes in (he's black) and wants to test drive a buick road master we have. so we go up the street and he pulls into a mechanics shop. he wants the guys to look it over for him. which is totally fine. the 2 guys at the shop are also black. they start looking the car over and all is fine between all of us etc at this point. until they want to pull spark plugs out of the engine and I said fuck no you aren't. that's when the shop owner starts calling me a racist white mother fucker and I think a black guy can't do shit etc, thowing and kicking shit also. going on and on why I'm a m/fer and he hates white people because they think they are better than him etc. talk about a racist! that dude needs to step the fuck back and listen to his own crazy ass for once. needless to say I was pretty shocked and didn't really know what to say. but I thought I was going to get into a fight with him over it. does he think I'm fucking stupid to let someone pull spark plugs out of my car for someone to look at? so after they get done, the kid test driving the car asked me if I was ok etc. he was as much in shock as I was. it was just one crazy odd moment for sure. I've never been talked to like that for something I've never done. I just hope the guy thinks about what he said etc so he realizes how ignorant he was. until then, I'm plotting my revenge on his shop:D

all this winter storage stuff is blown out of proportion. I've never put my bike on a charger and I've never winterized it even when it sat in a shed in freezing temps for 3 years. I still have my original battery too. 38k miles later. the only thing I do to my bike is put stabil in the gas.

are you sure you are not confusing the crank sensor for a oxygen sensor? I've never heard of 2 crank sensors. Mine has a crank sensor and a cam position sensor. is that what you are thinking of? I just looked this part up on napa's website and autozone's website and both of them show only one sensor for this engine. I think the autoparts store the OP went to is out of their minds. LOL

I don't see that place being done in 2010 either. if it didn't happen this summer, there's has to be more to the story than they are telling. not enough investors? investors pulled out? owe someone a lot of money they don't have??? even if they get the track done, where are we supposed to use the bathroom etc? they don't have any buildings up or anything still

we were at the nationals in indianapolis and they were showing people something they found out when they were trying to blow up the engines in some of those trucks that have a v8. they drained the oil and let them run until they blew up. fords blew up almost immediately but most of the chevy engines ran for almost 20 min without any oil! LOL
