Looks like a cheap beater, doesn't even have the tail plastic, fairing lowers, or windshield...I doubt the rider cares much about the condition of this bike. That said, if It's warm enough to ride a snowmobile, It's warm enough to ride a motorcycle.They offer similar protection, the problem is traction, and if I don't have traction, I'm not enjoying the ride. Had to go pretty slow and didn't enjoy it... With some knobby tires, it would have been fine... Just gotta bundle up..
