So I chatted with them today. It will be posted as Senate bill 548, they keep the same numbers. When that happens I will post up and we do the same drill again. Contact all the committee members, go testify again and all that.

Then when it goes to the floor we contact all the Senators we can find about voting yes. Shouldn't be a problem, there were zero no votes in the House.
