what did i see? shelby/ford

saw a car in the blacklick area today...reynoldsburg new albany rd/havens corner intersection...had ford badges, license plate said "C SHELBY"...it definately wasnt a mustang, it didnt look like a ford GT. it was silver with 2 fat maroon racing stripes...it was a coupe, very sporty looking...for some reason, when we were looking at it head on, it gave me a bit of a camaro vibe...i dont know why. when we turned and it turned the tail lights were 4 circle tails...when we were pulling up, i first thought jaguar XJ8 (i think...the sporty 2 door)

 

i know its not much to work with, but maybe someone will know what im talking about...

Shelby Series 1 probably...i don't think they're anything too special, except maybe for their price.

If not, I know that there is a new Shelby tuned Mustang out on the market. Check it out

they have oldsmobile engines in them. gm and shelby doesn't sound right. neither does dodge and shelby, although he did make a nice charger in the 80's.

the area it was at, i wouldnt be suprised if it was wexner...he lives 3 miles or so from that intersection, and the car turned to go that way

A good friend of mine saw the same exact car on 270 southbound/westbound through dublin going towards hilliard.
