1-fast-dsm Posted January 1, 2007 Report Share Posted January 1, 2007 MY next door neighbor was drunk and. decided to come outside and start shooting his shot gun last night at strike of midnight. yeah a lot of people do that but he was shooting at our house where we were having a party(60 people a couple babies, just a nice family party) so we ask him to stop . his response was fuck you and started to shot at us and my house . in the process he hit my cousin with a ricochet and shot my car. but a friend of my ended up pepper spaying him and calling the cops. he got charged with agg. assault , agg menacing discharging a weapon in city limits , resisting arrest . if anyone knows anything about the law and how i can get my car fix please let me know. but the only good thing i have to say is my car saved my cousin's life .
