The answer is 0%, which is not an option.

- Cannot be 25% because there is a 50% chance of picking it

- Cannot be 50% becuase there is a 25% chance of picking it

- Cannot be 60% becuase with 4 options the answer has to be 0, 25, 50, 75 or 100

However, if they got rid of the letters and changed one number then you could have a correct option. 25%, 25%, 50% and 33% being the options then 33% would be the right answer... (with a .33 repeating of course). And with the letters being a factor then there is certainly only a 25% chance because it could be A.25% or D.25%. But without the letters you have a 50% chance of picking 25% so the two 25% choices could be considered one choice thus making only 3 actual choices; hence the 33%. I think I looked at that right. Ha ha.

Yup - that's what I mean. There is is 0% chance that a random answer will be correct. But 0% is not an option. There is no valid answer.

Not quite. It's actually 25% or 50%, both self referencing. I think it's considered a Russel's Paradox? Been a while since I've done this sort of thing in school. Basically, if the answer is 50%, then you have a 25% chance of being correct. But if the answer is 25%, you have a 50% chance of being correct.

Still, my point is valid. None of the listed options are a correct answer.
