The secretary at my job just got a bartending license. We were discussing popular shots and mixed drinks. She told me about a few that sound like they would be pretty good. I'd like to try some new adult beverages so......

1 cup Guinness Extra Stout

 

Blend

 

Guinness Ice Cream:

 

1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise

1 cup whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

2/3 cup Guinness stout

2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons molasses

4 egg yolks

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Well she went to some classes or something, and they gave her a test at the end of the classes. I assumed there was some sort of license awarded for passing. I could be wrong, as there is a slight language barrier due to the fact that she has a russian accent.
