Actually I rebuilt the transmission installed another new clutch, rebuilt the rear end with scott's help, installed rear end support cover, installed front cross-drilled brake rotors and ceramic brake pads, and the SLP grill. there is that better brian? here's a few pic's:

this is the RAM HD power grip clutch that blew apart, no track time and less than 3k miles of driving

I just bought another TURBO Mini Van about 1 month ago. It is a 1989 Caravan in Ice Blue with the fake woodgrain. It had 114K on the odometer. Here is what I have done so far.

4 New Tires – mounted and balanced

Removed the spare tire and lubed the lift – tossed the spare

Removed the jack and lubed and reinstalled

3 New Wiper Blades installed

Replaced the Exhaust with a 2.5” Diameter Pipe, High Flow Cat,

& a 1 chamber Flowmaster Muffler and a 3 inch tip

Fixed tranny cooler leak

Replaced the power steering pump with a reman

Flushed the power steering fluid

Replaced all 4 front sway bar bushings

Changed the spark plugs to Champion RN12YC (gap .032)

Lubed all the bolts under the Mini with penetrating lube

Changed the Oil & Filter (Castrol GTX 10w-30) & Mobil One Oil Filter

Flushed the Engine Oil Gallies

Installed a K & N Air Filter (drop in style)

Reinstalled the air cleaner assembly into its original mount

Fixed the over boost problem

Installed 2 new headlight bulbs (Silver Star Ultras)

Degreased the motor

Fixed the rear hatch to open with key

Fixed the passenger rear hatch light (soldered wire)

Installed 2 Saab Speakers in the rear hatch

Installed a Saab Battery

Installed felt pads on the battery posts

Installed a plastic board to block the hole where the a/c condenser was

Lube the front female seat belt buckles

New radiator cap

Flushed the cooling system & installed new coolant

Flushed the brake fluid system & added new fluid

Flushed the fuel injectors and cleaned the throttle body

Checked the transmission fluid (bright red & clean) no work needed

Secured the cooling fan to the bottom of the radiator

Swept out the interior

Installed 2 new front HD Rubber floor mats

Installed a floor console between the two front seats

Lubed the sliding door

Lubed the front door hinges

New Front License Plate Bracket

Front end alignment

Got the passenger front window washer to work

Removed dents on the driver’s front fender and pass fender

(below will be done as soon as the new motor is back from the Machine Shop)

So by Mid March it will be all done except bodywork and paint.

STUFF to REBUILD a 2.5L Motor:

Mahle Pistons (4 of them) at .040” over

Sealed Power Rings

New Head Bolts

Intake Attaching Bolts

Exhaust Attaching Hardware

Melling High Volume Oil Pump

Good STOCK Head with 12,000 miles on it (sent out to machine shop)

Mopar Performance Head Gasket

New 1 piece valve cover gasket

Reconditioned intake manifold, exhaust manifold, non-a/c bracket with new bushings, valve cover, coolant lines

New starter with shield

New poly mount front and side motor mounts

GTO- pretty much dead set on getting rid of it.......

GTP- just got it back from my son's mom and have been lurking the GP forums for some new goodies. Mainly just in the process of giving a tune/clean up and get back into tip top shape.

Monte Carlo SS- pretty much where all my extra money is and has been going. Too much to list with this car but ill get a progress thread up asap. I'm still in the process of cleaning my shop up though
