AWW$HEEET Posted February 4, 2010 Report Share Posted February 4, 2010 When I gained some weight from like 170 up to like 195, I lifted my face off HARD, while drinking creatine mixed with water, went home, drank like 3 scoops of protein, then went to McDonalds and ate like 2 doublecheese burgers, large fry and chicken nuggets.
