To be fair, it is a fairly difficult piece of music to sing. But a professional singer shouldn't have trouble with it, given even a smidgen of talent and some practice. But Christina Aguilera isn't a SINGER, she's a "vocal artist"...whatever the fuck that means.

 

Honestly, I blame Whitney Houstons cover of "I Will Always Love You" from the early 90s for the state of pop music....actually being able to SING has been supplanted by studio magic and slathering a note with vibrato until it is a damn CHORD.
