Minus from this the amount in advertising dollars this would generate and its not that much. It is extreme and I am sure he gets paid more for playing here but thats probably the going rate for a sought after NBA player.

Including endorsements IDK but just straight pay it is double what he makes here. That being said, there are endorsements wherever you go. $25 mil here or $50 mil in Italy? Not a hard choice.

I guess I would have to look at it from a sustainability standpoint. If I could go there make my money and when I wanted to comeback, still be relevant here I would do it. But If I went there made that money for only a year and came back here and couldnt get 1/2 that for the rest of the years I wanted to play, because I left, no way.

I'd request a $USD up-front payment...in full. Or at least a FX deliverable forward on the EUR for the full amount converted to local currency.
