hmmm I don't know if I would pay for it, but they should do that anyways

People will still go 65. You're only as fast as the person in front of you.

perhaps they should put different speed limits for each lane to try to help with that problem.

Why don't they do an extra fee on the tag renewal for those who want to drive fast? Lets say extra $300 a year and you allow to drive 15 over the speed limit legally.

Gotta add in a more strict written test along with some testing behind the wheel to qualify.

The only issue I could see with this is how would the popo know who paid and who didnt without wasting his time pulling people over?

Germany isn't full of overweight idiots driving shitty cars while talking on their cell phones.

This, plus the interstate road surface is shit compared to the AB.

I would pay if it's on a road I used frequently enough.

My car idles at 85mph.

Check the hose going to the brake booster, or intake gaskets, or a cracked intake, or bad IAC valve, possible a sticking accelerator cable, or your car is a Toyota.

Hope that helps your problem.
