ReconRat
Here ya go:http://www.conwaygreene.com/Whitehall/lpext.dll?f=templates&fn=main-h.htm&2.0Thanks! It's about time it got on line. Yeah, it reads the same for the public place part. edit: notice that it's different for sounding of horn. Whitehall has an extra that is not in Ohio code: © No person shall use the horn of a motor vehicle except to give warning to other drivers or pedestrians. Whitehall has an extra that is not in Ohio code:© No person shall use the horn of a motor vehicle except to give warning to other drivers or pedestrians. They had it tucked away in some weird place on their website. Like a button in the middle of the council page, or something like that.I think that verbage is similar to most municipalities.Summary: Don't use your horn unless it's really necessary, and don't be an ass about it./thread?
