That really is disappointing. I originally heard that idea not from the interweb but my CCW instructor. Sad to find out it is a myth, but good to know how dangerous that really is.

I have the benefit of years of military experience so I get the experience from that. It would be nice to find a way to safely simulate the exact fight or flight response consistently in a training environment. Heavy exercise combined with tactical drills are about as close as you can get.
