  1. The sub compact gen 3's already have the double spring that is in all the gen 4's
  2. The only downfall I see is the 2000lb axle my bike weighs 890lbs
  3. I'd love a trailer this size but it's wrong time of the year if it's around in another month then maybe I'll snag it
  4. I change mine once there has been enough snow that the roads have been heavily salted then I know I'm done riding for the year. I don't ride my bike once the roads are covered in salt until spring rains wash it off.
  5. Did he shoot out the glass in the doors to gain access?
  6. Some asshole started a RIP page on facebook for him
  7. what an incredible fucking douche bag
  8. I'm sure you could get a ton of business hauling bikes to the big rally's.
  9. They don't always drop the ticket for expired plates I found out the hard way once when I forgot to renew plates in December and wife got pulled over in June $125 ticket
  10. An open trailer might also allow you the option haul other items when you weren't hauling bikes that you wouldn't be able to haul in an enclosed.
  11. Daytona would be a good time to do it they want to go and a lot have deep pockets
  12. mine wouldn't either that's why I mentioned it
  13. I had a gel seat on my zx14 they aren't all they are cracked up to be memory foam is much more comfortable and temp doesn't change the feel. The gel changes with the temp real hot days it was hot and squishy and on cold days it was ice cold and almost rock hard.
  14. If you are using your full-time job to offset the costs than you aren't making any money you're losing money.
  15. If you are planning on loading them sideways on the trailer a lot of cruisers will not fit sideways in a 8.5ft trailer.
  16. So are you planning on buying a semi tractor/trailer and a pick-up and enclosed trailer? When people are paying you to haul their bike you can't pack them in like sardines one scratch and people will freak and your business will die. How many trips will you have to make a year just to break even on insurance costs? How many bikes do you have to have minimum per trip to cover your costs? I know it sounds like an easy money business but it's not. My buddy knows a truck driver that hauls bikes to Sturgis every year from Conneaut for $350 that is $.25/mile granted he is already going to Sturgis anyway so it's extra cash to him but I did an online quote with AA motorcycle transport and they would ship my bike from my door to Robinsville for $750 one way or $1.18/mile I can ride there for about $.10/mile to me it's a no brainer I'd ride before I'd pay or take the $1500 and buy my own trailer.
  17. I'm leaning more towards the other one but without the chameleon in the clear I see too many cars and bikes that are chameleon
  18. Could get a KLX 110 or similar it's 4 speed with no clutch so she could learn shifting and not have to worry about clutch
