  1. I have to stalk her she is too hot for Justin. You never know when she will be ready to try out a real man in the car next to her. I want to be there when that happens.
  2. My intent wasn't to start a serious discussion but alright. For whatever reason most of the folks here ride sport bikes so of course you will see a larger number of mishaps posted here involving sport bikes. It doesn't mean sport bikes have a larger number of accidents than cruisers it's just that more are reported here. I agree that 99% of the accidents we have reported are self inflicted but usually from overriding changing road conditions. You can go down on a scooter at a leisurely pace if conditions change on you unexpectedly. I don't think most people buy a sport bike to ride around at a scooter pace just to stay safe. Everyone who has ridden a dirt bike has crashed probably multiple times because they were pushing beyond their skill level. Hopefully the crashes made them a better and wiser rider. By us sharing the accident stories hopefully it will help others to learn something or to be more careful. Crashing sucks but it goes along with the thrill of pushing the envelope. These limits are different for everyone and so is the speed everyone gets to that makes them feel like they are having fun. I have fun riding on the street but try to keep my pace just below my skill level to keep from crashing. Mistakes happen at any pace for a multitude of reasons and I can show you way more cruiser crash articles that aren't related to this site if needed. The street is not the place to push your limits because the consequences are too severe that is what the track is for. You can improve your riding skills on the street if you build on your skills and keep from trying to skip over the next skill set. Accidents happen even if you don't push your limits I guess we should all slowly ride up to the local bike night and look at our bikes, that’s always big fun.
  3. Well then that makes us just about even. I've never seen a yellow one.
  4. There is some decent information in there but mostly for the cruiser crowd. They are the largest segment of the motorcycle community so these things need to be dumbed down to their level.
  5. I couldn't disagree more. If you have a slower rider behind you, you have no pressure. The ideal group riding experience level should be fastest to slowest with the second fastest guy first or last. Egos are going to make this impossible because everyone is faster in their own mind than they really are. Having a bunch of people riding together without much experience can only lead to more destruction not less. By the definition of inexperience they are less safe why would you want them to be up front? The next fastest rider in front of you usually can't suck you into riding over your head but a guy who should be way up front can. If the guy behind you is slower he can't pressure you. I am missing the aviation parallel here because that pressure is self imposed. Having a faster rider breathing down your neck is an immediate pressure. Put a faster rider behind you at the track and see how you react, you may not do anything wrong but it won't be a pleasant experience when you are using up some of your concentration worrying about holding them up.
  6. Sunday afternoon about 3:00 PM. I followed her up Abbey to Broad then pulled beside her going north on 57 when I saw it wasn't you I turned east on Taylor. She doesn't know who I am and she drives too fast.
  7. I thought you were retard strong without the limp wrists. I tried to flirt with you yesterday but it was your girlfriend driving instead of you. She doesn't have a clue about who I am though.
  8. Then why do you ride a 1000 twin that won't keep up with a 600 inline?
  9. I just re-read this thread. Damn too funny. http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=34023
  10. There are numerous threads here about tire pressure and the reason for the suggested pressures. You are way high on the pressure you are using by most sport bike tire standards. The manufacture recommended pressure is for load carrying not sport riding. I got nothing for you though concerning the Shinkos. The standing up of the bike by removing throttle is not a tire pressure issue. Changing your tire pressure will improve the handling though. Like I stated earlier there is more happening here if standing up is the result you are getting.
  11. Cool old collection and stuff I used 30 years ago but haven't seen anything like them used in 20 years.
  12. I hear someone sold his R1. When are you getting the new one?
  13. Free frosty at Wendy's if you can get a retard to film you eating.
  14. The clean up starts no later than April 5th with a completion date of July 31st with a bonus for an earlier completion date. A cooperation agreement between the two states to keep the gap open has not been reached yet.
  15. Guilty, go to obedience school and pay restitution. http://jezebel.com/5502979/an-update-on-the-cop+car-eating-dogs
  16. Something else is going on that you aren't stating because just letting off of the throttle shouldn't be standing you up if you are using a neutral throttle to start with. You should feel like you a falling into a hole to the inside not standing it up. You should try to make it to a track day because even though you might get some useful information from folks in here you won’t know how to apply it for yourself by just reading it here. Don’t get me wrong there are some very good and fast riders here who haven’t done a track day but the most efficient and cheapest way is to learn from people at the track. If you want to learn how to ride fast a track day is cheap compared to paying for a deductable from trying the wrong information.
  17. Not yet this year unless he is on his wife's bike. His bike is in the showroom at Kennedys for sale on consignment. He was at the shop when you were there getting your bike. Did you let any air out of your front tire yet?
  18. I would think about this if it started and ended in Millersburg.
  19. I have held all three but only fired the Glock. The M&P fits me perfectly, I don't care for the way the XD fits my hand and I hate the way every Glock fits in my hand. I have a few other pistols and have shot many more and no matter what I'm shooting regardless of how well it fits in my hand I out shoot everything size for size with a Glock. I hate the way they look and the way they feel in my hand but Glocks just work for me. YMMV. I would try all three if you can rent them before you decide.
  20. Check Harley dealerships that do the MSF course. They might have one or two around.
  21. I never thought to use a motorcycle board to get substantive information about my countries largest social program to date. I should check in here more often if you guys are able to help me understand things better. While I’m here what is the best age to apply for social security?
  22. Speaking of the pins, I have a set for 2003-04 ZX6R & 2005-06 CBR600RR if you need to borrow them. They get kind of expensive for the less popular bikes.
