Not sure about sales and delivery without the ability to verify age, but when I was a student at BG, there was a convenience store named Spots that would deliver beer and smokes. Place was a life saver!
I have run many sets of BT023 on my Yamaha FZ1 and they are great tires! I went back to back with Michelin Pilot Road 2 and the Bridgestone is every bit as good if not better. Factor in price and there is no comparison on which is a better value. Steve...never compair an OEM version of a tire to the afterarket version. There is no comparison, as they are built specific to each OEM to hit a cost point. One OEM of same model tire can be very different to another OEM of the same model. A bike i bought came with Dunlop Qualifier 2 tires OEM, and they were horrible in every conceivable way...rode same bike with aftermarket Q2's and it was night and day...the tire profiles were so different you could see it with out looking for it.
A bit on the high side, but a good looking example of the FZ6... http://youngstown.craigslist.org/mcd/4312937995.html A great example of low miles and good price for a very capable bike... http://louisville.craigslist.org/mcy/4342440932.html
Do not look past 07-09 Yamaha FZ6. Very competent bike with 95 rear wheel HP and same brakes as FZ1, R6, and FJR. Way more bike than the FZ6R, better components and very comfortable. I see low milage bikes all the time from 3500 to 5000.
Zxhooligan You may want to start a clean thread for this. You will get more traffic with the topic, and central riders will not have to weed through all of these pages for updates.
Take the layoff and go to school for HVAC. Good guys start at what you make now, and $40.00 an hour is not uncommon if you are good. PM if you want more info...we can talk.
They are good for new bike sales, being a volume dealer. Used bikes and service are shitty. If I had to have a dealer service my bike it would be all seasons in Wooster. They are top rate with customer service and have some good guys in the back.
Myself and Wolfman1 will lead/sweep a medium/fast group. I swept the second group out last year, and we had an awesome group! Everyone was on the same page, we were comfortably fast and no one appeared out of their comfort zone. I will caution organizers not go over 10 riders per group. Beyond 10 it becomes unmanageable and you have to much distance between lead and sweep. We need to set the date and start a new thread to organize leads and sweeps.
Yamaha SRV is a great sled. Had one back in the day. Not as fast as Polaris Indy or Ski-Doo Blizzard or Kawasaki Invaders of the day, but dead reliable. Remember the Scorpion Whip TTX...fast machine and big rear travel for the time, if only you could keep crank seals and pistons in it!
I am in no matter the date, but spring is preffered! I swept the second medium/fast group, and all was well(we were second group to leave)...I would lead/sweep again this year too.
Welcome! First ride should be... 550 to 339 to 821S to 26 to 800 to 78 run 78 all the way to nelsonville. Hit 278 off 33 down to 56 and home. You can thank me later
