  1. Lol. I am finding 9mm easier than 22. The universe is upside down...
  2. No, there's no anti-Christian bias in America. Nor on this forum. IIRC, he didn't jump out with his faith. He gave thanks by taking a knee. Some made fun of him, some supported him. When he was asked early-on why he did it, he simply told the people. MANY athletes cross their chests or point toward the sky when they make a great play. The media couldn't dig up any photos of him with hookers and blow, so they mocked him because of his beliefs. Did the ensuing controversy overshadow his skills? Maybe or maybe not, but I think they probably became a bigger story (and more polarizing) than his ability. The most endangered segment of our society is the white, straight, Christian male. He's made to look stupid, ignorant, and weak in the media, and especially news and TV.
  3. Sorry, I'm not seeing this. Source for 22LR?
  4. Speedway in the middle of Springboro jumped it to $3.79 yesterday, most others holding at $3.33. *$#)(@$ Speedway....
  5. Springboro/ Franklin area mostly still at $3.33, if you're in the area. GasBuddy app.
  6. I think there's a lot of confusion about him. I feel like theres something that I'm not being told. I'm not a hardcore football guy, I don't play Fantasy or anything like that, and I don't evaluate players. It looked to me like he did some good stuff with the Broncos, had a lot of buzz around him, stuck to his Christian beliefs openly, and has been blacklisted because of it. It seemed that Elway didn't like him, and though I can't really put my finger on it (though I think Elway made some snarky comments) it seemed to stem from Tebows beliefs. Maybe Tebow should have said he was Muslim. Or gay. He would have been embraced.
  7. I think you'd have better luck by posting this in the "females only" section. Unless some guy is shopping for a mothers day present for his wife. Props to the post above, though.
  8. Thats exactly the info I was looking for (honestly). I appreciate it, and will look at the other one you mention. Thx
  9. When the man is this guy. And the squirrel is still living. >>A man who tried to shoot a squirrel for dinner by taping a .40-caliber cartridge to a BB gun was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds after the cartridge exploded, Gainesville police reported.<< http://www.gainesville.com/article/20130426/ARTICLES/130429692/1109/sports?Title=Would-be-squirrel-killer-injured-after-taping-bullet-to-BB-gun-police-say
  10. Sorry all, I dropped the ball on the photos. Yep, still here.
  11. LOL!! Oh,BTW, I'm hour 23 for the TB (Todd Ban). Or is it hour 47, since he's OBVIOUSLY gonna get the first 24 hour ban?
  12. I forgive you. Jesus probably will, too. Thats cool that you ended your name-calling response with a prayer.
  13. Chris, How dare you make your own decision on where to take YOUR bike, and how dare you be happy with that shop!
  14. Not surprising considering their ties to Obama. Other "Immaterial parts of their sales volume" should take note, and move their business. Although it doesn't say they are totally cutting off gun stuff, just not taking any new customers. >> General Electric has stopped financing gun purchases, highlighting the wide-ranging impact of the Sandy Hook school shooting in Newtown, Conn. last December and the recent debate in Washington over restricting firearm sales. GE Capital Finance ceased providing consumer financing for new gun-shop customers in 2008, and recently extended the policy to existing customers. The decision affects fewer than 75 retailers, which GE says is about .001% of all gun retailers. MORE: Gunfight in America The company implemented the new policy "in light of industry changes, new legislation and tragic events that have caused widespread reexamination of policies on firearms," GE Capital spokesman Russell Wilkerson said in an e-mail. Loans to gun customers is "an immaterial part of our sales volume," Wilkerson added. Some of the nation's largest lenders don't finance gun purchases. Wells Fargo stopped the practice in 2004 for business reasons, company spokeswoman Lisa Westerman said. Citigroup doesn't finance firearm loans, says spokeswoman Liz Fogarty. Bank of America would not comment on whether it provides consumer financing for firearms. GE Capital's new policy affects only retailers that sell firearms exclusively and not general merchandise stores, such as Wal-Mart, that sell guns and other products. Some stores have changed their product mix in recent years to just firearms and the new policy will cut off financing at those shops, Wilkerson says. Midwestern Firearms of East Peoria, Ill., offers layaway plans for customers but not financing. Still, owner John Meek called GE Capital's move "an injustice as far as their thinking goes — blaming the instrument rather than the perpetrator." GE is based in Fairfield, Conn., not far from Newtown, where Adam Lanza killed 27, including 20 children, and his mother, before killing himself. Lanza's father, Peter, is a GE executive. Other companies are also backing away from the gun business after the tragedy. Private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management has said it wants to sell Freedom Group, which manufactures Remingtons, Bushmasters, Marlins, H&R and other well-known firearm brands.<<
  15. Really? Sounds like a plus to me. Walk in, grab a Mt Dew and Snickers out of the machines in the back corner, and walk around eavesdropping on stuff like that.
  16. http://technabob.com/blog/2013/04/20/predator-motorcycle-helmet/ Or...
  17. Yeah. If you hit a snag, ask Desmo Brian, who changes his every time he changes jobs.
  18. [quote=MidgetTodd;986903 I cannot be fooled by a tranny Okay, but how far are you into the, uhm, "encounter" when you realize that she's a he? I mean, we would ALL realize it at some point, right?
  19. The surviving Boston bombing suspect, reported to be a Muslim, is being treated at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston by Israeli doctors.
  20. I was in Target World last week. The place just "feels" dirty, but I have to say that the folks I've dealt with who work there have been great. Friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Once I've used up my free hour on the shooting range, though, I don't think I'll be shooting there again. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them, though.
  21. I've been meaning to check them out. Looks large and clean on their site.
