And when do you think Lennie and his son will resurface?
-
Help me out, can't remember how an early character died. Season 1, I think. The first main character who was one of the camp members. Kind of a tall gangly guy, kind of awkward. Got bit (I think on the shoulder). Last I remember seeing him, he was in the back of the RV, watching the others out the back window, and wincing. Sweating like crazy. I think they were at the farm at this point, but not sure. I googled and IMDB'd, but didn't find him.

"So... whats the secret to a happy relationship?" "We don't have to speak. We just PM each other. Thats how we converse. Its amazing". You're the couple in the restaurant that sits there for an hour and a half, never speaks, and just texts back and forth. Not that there's anything wrong with that. -

The way Andrea (blondie) is going, she's gonna "love" him to death. Maybe he has a heart condition.

I tried the homemade version on the SV1k after reading lots of stuff online. Sucked fluid into the bike (no big deal). Ended up taking it to Clinton Co Mtrsprts (down here, between Col and Cin). I like to do my own maintenance (although less and less each year...), but feel that the trip to CCM was money well-spent. IMHO, this is where having the proper tools makes the job much easier, but I don't want to invest in a set of sticks, store them, etc. -
Would've been even worse to be the camera-man riding on the back...

Nice, but then I'd have to give up my purple and pink set from 1999. Decisions decisions. Yeah, those really are mine. But they ARE A*. Thats gotta count for something. -
Still my favorite beer. Gave one to a buddy who likes craft beers awhile back. He's got a kegerator in his house, and ordered a minikeg via Party Source in Cinti/ Northern KY. He typically swaps out for something different each time he empties a keg, but kept the Vanilla Porter for two or three cycles. I tried the Leiny version last week, but like the Breckenridge much better. If I had a kegerator full of it in my house, I'd be a mess. And unemployed.

Living Social deal. https://www.livingsocial.com/deals/432780?ref=conf-jp&rpi=93811838 I used to be a big fan of BW3, but the last couple of times we've had them (Lebanon location), they haven't been very good. Bigger wings, really wet inside. Kinda icky. We had BW&R on Sunday evening, at the Centerville location, and they were awesome. Then this deal comes to my inbox. Amazing how that works. Thx Jeff

More than half the fun is piecing one together yourself. I love the Cafe above, and it might actually make me break my own rule of "never buy a brand new bike", but the version that we're getting doesn't do anything for me.

>>Umm... I'm pretty sure Ursula didn't even hear a dial tone...<< Herschel, isn't it? Rick realizes it was in his head, and now he's okay with it (relatively speaking). Incredibly resilient characters (hey, where else could one lose half of a leg in a filthy environment, and be up walking the next day with no issues whatsoever, AND fighting off zombies on a staircase with their crutches?). I've spent the better part of the last three weeks catching up from S1E1 to present. Kind of like reading a book that you can't put down. Its gonna be tough having to wait a week for the next episode vs. watching at least one (and sometimes 2-3) per day. Glen has become a badass. Who woulda guessed? I don't think that last night was one of the best episodes.

I always loved the irony of the "Sunrise Plates". My parents were military, and couldn't wait to get out of Dayton. "Its the grayest, most depressing place we've ever lived". That included being stationed in Maine and Michigan. Thats saying something...

This seems to go against the essence of your sig line. What about "personal responsibility"? Why should the retailer be responsible for people being idiots? Isn't that the idiots' responsibility? Ninety-nine percent of us know how to behave. Whether its a Black Friday stampede, or going to the barber, there are always going to be idiots. The build-up and anticipation of Black Friday just amplifies their reactions. FWIW, the only place I went for Black Friday was 10 minutes away to the in-laws. Battling people to save a couple of dollars has no appeal to me. My wife, on the other hand, headed out at 4am, but I didn't get any calls from the police, and she didn't have any asshat stories to tell when she got home. Like everything else, the media overplays these few incidents and tarnishes the whole lot. If Walmart were an indication of our society as a whole, then "People of Walmart" wouldn't get the traffic that it does. You expect certain things at Walmart. Rioting on Black Friday is becoming one of those things. At some point it will go militant, and somebody will open fire on the front of the store one minute before the doors open so they can get that $30 DVD player.

I've seen this for a couple of weeks now on CL: http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/mcy/3414483127.html OR, you could buy a brand new one for less than half of that... http://www.harborfreight.com/870-lb-capacity-40-inch-x-49-inch-heavy-duty-utility-trailer-with-8-inch-wheels-and-tires-42708.html

Re: Any other motorcyclists going or there? by Crowbeak » Tue Jan 31, 2012 3:35 pm Japanese law has a 3-tiered system for motorcycle licenses, based on engine size. An international driving permit for a US citizen allows us to drive any size machine, but my supervisor wants me to get a car instead of a motorcycle (since I'm in rural Hokkaido and winter is long), so he is unwilling to look into how exactly my license will convert here just yet. So I can't tell you if you can hop straight to a tier 3 or not. If you can't, then be warned... it's a couple thousand dollars per tier and my understanding is that you have to have one tier's license for a while before you can take the classes to move up. If I remember correctly, the tier breaks are at 250cc or lower, 400cc or lower, and everything else. <<NOTE: Something else I read stated that its only a two-tier with "little bikes" and "big bikes" separated at 400cc.>>

So far, much better. I've had a hard time getting comfortable with this bike. The SV650 handled like a dream with this same GSXR front end on it. Sv1k has the same dimensions, with the only notable difference being that it is 40 lbs heavier. I didn't think that would be an issue, but it has been. I'm not a small guy. I've decided that I either need to get comfortable on this bike, or sell it and go back to a 650, so I've started riding a little more aggressively with the mx bars than I did with the clip-ons. The bike is much more hooligan with the MX bars, and likes to wheelie a lot more. I think the clip-ons looked better aesthetically, but the mx bars make it a much better bike.

This is a link I used to use when importing. Search Honda bikes on on Yahoo Japan by CCs (see upper left corner). http://tinyurl.com/d95lfkq Lots of cool exotic stuff that we didn't get, mostly below 400cc. Lots of cool scooters and two strokes. VERY hard to get stuff through Customs now, and virtually impossible to get it titled here in Ohio, no matter what you do. The flood of Chinese bikes and scooters caused the DMV here to crack-down big time. Enjoy your deployment. Great (but expensive) place to be. Where are you stationed? We were at Yokota...
