When GM advertised the first and new innovative rear doors for trucks that fully open, I had to laugh, my 2005 Nissan Titan king cab that was setting in my garage at the time already had them...I think it was the 2007 models, not sure, maybe 2006.

The Impala looks nice...I am assuming overpriced, and late for the dance in technology, and quality, true to form with GM! Bought new for the wife in 2003, Hyundai Elantra GT, 180K miles, still going strong, basic maintenance, tie rod end replacement under warranty is all, money well spent...I have been driving it to work for a year now. My Daughter just got her license yesterday, so she will be driving it until we find her a car that we can agree on. I was a die hard GM person in my early years, things have changed, so has the company!

If I don't work I might be up for this...

2 1/2 hour ride one way for me, will this ride be worth my time, what type of ride will follow, spirited with turns (preferred) or a cruise?

I wear Sliders, you might want to try a pair on, most people buy one size down from their normal size. X Element pants on the leather up online store have great reviews, no personal experience with them myself though.

It depends on what your intentions are, yes & no. Not sure, but why call if you are not willing to follow their instructions, you called them, they did not call you? When did an old fashioned ass kicking constitute a deadly shooting? I am not on one side or the other of this media frenzy (case), not enough true evidence for me, plus I try not to make judgement without facts...Not my fight! I will say this though, there are plenty of "Ass Hats" carrying guns today, strutting their stuff like they are something special just because they have a gun now, I work with several...If you carry for your home/family protection fine, I get that, and if you are afraid of getting mugged, robbed, raped, etc etc., I get that too, but when you make a nuisance of yourself just because you can carry a gun, well that speaks for itself, just sayin...

Wow I took the dogs out about 5:00 a.m., it is gonna be a cold one...maybe I should ride the Ninja instead of the S3, nah, adds to the fun... I do have the under tail exhaust on it though, maybe that will help some...yeah right!

Nice! So this is what you were talking about being the new bike, not sure how I missed this, but a late congratulations anyway... I think you will enjoy the VFR much more than the ZX6, not that the ZX6 is bad, just that the VFR should complement your style of riding much better than the ZX6... Huh... the blinded "Honda Cult" strikes again...... Although I did drag race a 929RR for several seasons, with great results, and no issues, so I guess Honda is ok... Of course on the other hand though, you should have looked at the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 or a Z1000 (not a ZX10), or a Triumph Sprint GT, as a replacement for the ZX6, but that is just my opinion, and I think you know why... hmmm... N1K and S3 in my garage, get it... Understandable, you were corrupted in your decision is all... Looking forward to seeing the VFR tomorrow, again congrats!

Nope you missed that one, I can actually be in Fort Wayne, IN much sooner than I can be in Bolivar, 30 +/- miles less... Now you know why when the routes/times are altered on short notice, I usually have to decline, not because I don't want to go, but because I cannot make the meeting spots on time.

Do those roads exist? If you find some, let me know, if you have not found them, I probably have not either...I do know some county roads around the Danville area you may have not found yet, not great roads, but decent sometimes, surfaces can be tricky at times though...shortcuts I use to get home when time is an issue...
