I called IP to make sure they had an exact part (gave size, details, and everything). The lady told me there were a bunch of them on the rack that she was looking at. I loaded up the kids to go there and pick up the part. When I got there, they didn't have it. I wasted 1.5 hours of my kids and my time. I had to order it from a competitor at a lower price from the internet. I try to frequent the area brick and mortar stores, but these kinds of things can get frustrating. I don't necessarily blame IP, but the "parts specialist" should have been more competent.
