Trade the Daytona in on a Tiger. You are old enough to ride a Adventure Bike.

Thanks for the info Mud Monsters. I figured it would dry out fast with the lack of canopy cover this time if year. The wife and I road down to Pomeroy, Ohio for lunch at a cool place: (Court Street Cafe/Blues Bar). Everything is greening up fast. Hope to have photo's and Video of the Pig's on the Wayne trail this week. B.

You Gent's still riding Wayne this opening weekend? pretty please, could you provide a trail condition report on Monday or Tuesday. I have a Big Bike Trail ride scheduled the following Wednesday and it would be helpful to have that information. looks like it will be dry for the next seven day's but I am sure some areas will be moist.
Have fun and enjoy the camp fire. Brian
Mick, thanks again for the tracks.

Taking off Friday of opening weekend, April 15 and riding all weekend. Will be camping at the top of the hill in the Williams. Look for the Tiltin Hiltin. Fire and good times will be provided each night. There is plenty of tent camping. BYOB and P.
Dirty Guy's, How are the Monday creek trails during the opening week of the riding season? Do they grade or knock down the center ridge or just throw down that crap 3" gravel in the mush spots.I am going to try to ride during the quiet week days of the 18-22 on my bike to get in shape for MMM in Tellico, TN. Please give us a trail condition report after your weekend of mayhem and debauchery. Thanks, Brian

Thanks for the heads up, I figured there would be some of that. I'll be taking it pretty easy. Hey, you coming up to see the new ODPS classrooms tonight?
I was, but Dan told me it's no big deal and am not a fan of commuter traffic going into N and leaving S the Columbus area. You never know I may ride the Z. It needs to get out.
I have to finish the yard work I have been assigned by the Mrs. and going to throw some aggressive off road Mitas E10 tires on the VStrom for the next event: March Moto Madness. Take care. Brian

This week is going to be great! If things are looking good on Wednesday I'll be leaving right after work (4:05) from Columbus and making a quick loop through Hocking. Back home by 8 at the latest. This will be my first time really out with the new bike so I'll be running a solid Medium pace if anybody else wants to join in. I anticipate taking 33 out of town, I'll be at the Circle K at 70 and 33 by 4:30. I'll top off at the gas station across from 374 also, probably be there by 5:15 depending on traffic.
J. I was out on the roads 3/1 and there is a lot of sand and debris on the asphalt surfaces. Pick your clean line and easy throttle off the corner, "Rain Riding" Have fun and call if you need anything. Shot crap Video of some of my ride.

ADV light Ride Start: 10-10:30am Thornville Marathon Gas Station 13/204
This was 176miles at 3:49 move time with a 46.1 Avg. speed. It's most likely around 4.5 Adv light speed. I don't know. Mix of sloppy gravel and back roads. The hard section by Musky Bucket is most likely a mud hole so we can by pass it unless someone nut's up and then it will be on.
Route is a "Swing" created labor day route previously posted on the "no tech information" stormpooper dating site.

(GPX File) http://www.stromtrooper.com/events/268889-7th-annual-buckeye-labor-day-camp-ride-9.htmlStart time can be adjusted for increased winter estrogen levels.

I am planing on attending with my V-Storm 1000. Since it is normally cold and wet in tellico, TN. I will most likely trailer down with plenty of gear and dry stuff and a bad ass propane heater. Must be home by the 4th.

If the good lord is willing & the crick don't rise. Thanks for organizing Derek. Have you ever considered a career in cat herding?
Pace depends on who shows up.
I will join you Jim as of course is tradition for old guy's who enjoy curvy roads.
Also: Glad to see Jacob up and running, a new year and a new bike.
