  1. So @TimTheAzn, are you really not coming down to even hang out? Don't have to be on track, but it'd be good to see you for a little bit seeing as you got this whole thing rolling!
  2. Exactly, there are a few Motorcycle Ohio coaches on the board (cough cough) and some coaches for track day organizations like STT and the Mid-Ohio School here too. Take a class and come hang out. Take ninjadoc up on his offer, get some miles in and give him a shout. Also, welcome!
  3. Will do, I called too late today to get it booked. Left a message so I expect a call tomorrow. I'll see if I can get the garage number then. Last time it came in the email receipt.
  4. hahaha... yeah... Still an awesome road!
  5. Clearly Mike is awesome. No need to say that again, but damn that guy gets the deals! Thanks man!
  6. Agreed, 278 is a great stretch of road.
  7. Bring the FJR. A buddy came last time on his BMW K1600 and had a blast. Damn thing had satilight radio! Understand if you want to do it on the street triple though...
  8. I'll get a garage reserved tomorrow. I think Andy and Jamie were down to share with me. You're welcome to join in. Could get one more in there. I'd recommend someone else get a garage and grab the rest of the folks to join in. I can request that our garages be next to each other. I don't expect that to be an issue.

Based on confirmed folks, looks like we could get by with 2 garages at most, I know some folks have nice rigs already and wouldn't need a spot in a garage.
  10. Thanks for posting this up. Btw, if a bump from novice to intermediate happens mid day, it will not mean new folks can sign up at that point, it will just have a less crowded track. Going to be a perfect day. @Tonik, you coming to this?
  11. New helmet and condor trailer chock. Currently (well until I bashed my head into the pavement in the mini, it did it's job!) wear a Bell Star, have liked the Shoei RF1200 in the past. What do ya have that you're itching to get rid of, dont care about color. Need this stuff here by next weekend... Thanks!!
  12. Also, are we getting together on a garage or two or three? Who all has actually signed up at this point?
  13. Hopefully I can rope you into picking my ass up again. I'll order a proper chock tonight...
  14. Good luck man. I know Chase was mentioned as a "stay away" place, but I have a few friends who work in that field there if you are interested.
  15. Can't do a pair. I'm serious about Izzy though. Also, you still need a motorbike so you can't sell them all.
  16. I think @TimTheAzn posted a video a while ago of a guy power wheelie-ing out of one. Don't know if that's the best way but it's a way. The steering damper on my CBR was adjustable and I was tightening it at Mid Ohio last year as I was getting head shake coming out of the keyhole over the little rise there. It helped calm it down.
  17. Dibs on Izzy. But you're probably talking about that ugly Multi or Monster... Seriously, I was talking to Andy the other day about how in love I am with that bike. Katie green lighted a 900ss if one pops up. Just sayin.
  18. No issues, come ride with us more. Thanks for coming along.
  19. What a great day guys, could not have asked for better weather. Pavement was good for the most part, a couple of the connector road were less than desirable, but several miles of clean asphalt was in there. @durk, we gotta ride some more man, it was a blast chasing with you on that 1000RR. I don't take pictures on rides but I appreciate those that do, thanks @2talltim, @B-Mac and @Blitz. Lets do it again!
