  1. I'll keep watching this. I can probably ride with you until at least noon and longer if by that time you're starting to head north.
  2. That means I need to hit the road by 6am. That's early but possible. How long of a route are you thinking?
  3. What time are you planning to start your ride Derek? If it's early enough I may be able to join in. I have to be back up here in no mans land by 3:30 is my problem.
  4. Warren it was nice to meet you. Hope to ride with you again. Maybe next time we can ride to meet spot together. Give me a little more heads up is all
  5. Looking for side plate cover. Anybody have 1 or know where I can find 1. It's for my brother in law. He can only find chrome ones on eBay.
  6. Jacob your pace is fine. I'd ride again on any route you lead. Speaking of which your route was great today. Thanks for putting it together. The pics of the little ones crawling all over your bike is great.
  7. Sorry I was 1 of those noisy fart cans. Wish I would have had a chance to introduce myself. Hopefully next time.
  8. Got Home at 6 after 11hrs and 625 miles. Thanx for the good times guys.
  9. See you boys in about three hours.
  10. It's a short run but close to my house. Rt 27 from meadville to Titusville is pretty good. I often run that to 666 and its ok. It takes u into allegheny as Tonik mentioned. There are some other roads by Bradford that I have run as well. I believe @Danimal has run a few routes into PA. He may be able to help. I would agree with Tonik that nothing I have run in PA is as good as WV or even SE Ohio for that matter.
  11. Nice bike. Looks super clean. Congratulations Derek
  12. Jacob thanks for trying to get this back on track. I'll be at the 83/93 intersection. Looking forward to riding with you again. The Epic ride was blast with you and Derek's crew. Thanks for posting this ride up.
  13. Happy Birthday. Thanks for all that you do.
  14. Those boards are awesome. Nice work.
  15. I'll have to check that out as a loop.
  16. Yes ran 180. It was great as well. I'm running pilot road 2s so I think it helped to limit flat spots.
  17. I sometimes wonder if I'd prefer something different, but for the most part I don't have a problem riding what I have. I put in 2000 miles last year in 5 days and really had no issues then. I did have ACL surgery a year and a half ago so sometimes my knee will bother me and my neck can get sore at times. Nothing seeing a nice set of twisties doesn't cure though, or a half hour lunch break will usually fix it as well.
  18. We had to run the route backwards to avoid rain so the skyway was kind of a warmup ride and it was damp so it was good to keep it a bit mello.
  19. Jacob I just got the ok to do this. Saturday works best for me. I'd prefer to meet at the 83 and 93 intersection. That meets in Otsego near New Comcord correct?
  20. Doc if you're looking for somebody to go with you let me know when you plan to go and I'll see if I can make it happen.
  21. It was a great way to spend 4 days. The favorite part is a tough question. I had so much fun through out the whole trip. I really enjoyed the new roads to me. 16 was great and I really enjoyed Tonik's route on day 3. I thought GA-60 was awesome it had some corners that I was really able to lay into and there was very little traffic. So I guess day 3 Tonik's route would be my favorite this time.
  22. A lot of fresh pavement has been laid on 250. It did have a bit of gravel though. My guess is give it a few weeks and the gravel from the berms should hopefully be gone. I agree 250 is awesome and I had rode it in the past when it had 3 inch drops in the middle of the road. Definitely none of that at this point.
  23. I guess u cud call the swing arm spools a comfort mod. On the highway I often throw my feet on them and lay on the tank.
  24. Nope. Just bicycle shorts under my riding jeans.
